The staff there are usually well mannered in terms of customer service. However the male staff tonight disappeared to his staff room when I walked in to pay for petrol and I had to wait 5min before he reappeared. He not only did not apologise out of courtesy, he was very abrupt in his manners and couldn’t even bring himself to say “hello” or “thank you”. It’d not hard to say those few words, just good manners let alone good customer service. I feel reluctant to return to this station for sure after this experience.

I needed petrol, air for my tires and gas for my BBQ. This petrol station has a nice large forecourt and because it's on a one-way road, it's easy to know where the traffic enters and leaves. Staff are nice and polite.

Pretty good prices on the whole. One of a few I keep my eye on as often among the lowest. However, I recently filled up when I needed to keep the receipt, but they did not offer me a receipt and I forgot to ask. My other regular places always ask if you need a receipt. They don't always here so be careful if you need one. I rang up after and told them I knew my pump number, time and amount paid but they said only a manger could print the receipt and there was no manager on for a couple of days. They are friendly enough, but they should have a proper policy and training, so not great customer service and an extra hit to the hip pocket at a time of high prices.

Two car's can't fill up fuel at the same time because I don't know how they measured the space between the fuel pumps. When ever I go there for fuel, even though there are vacant places but I have to wait for the other car to leave. Staffs are pretty good and friendly.

Most competitive prices around the area, plus 4c discounts on top if you have an Everyday Reward card. The 2 pumps closest to the road are very close to each other and you can't use the second one unless you have a tiny car when the first one is taken. Woolworth Express there is quite big.

When I was refilling petrol today, I had to pull the pump hose, because my pump and the one in front were too close. The car in front of me didn’t park too far back or anything. It’s just that the two pumps were too close. It’s very normal to pull the pump hose to reach your tank. The hoses have extra length rolled up inside and also have an elastic cable to pull the hose back inside when you’re done. But the Indian staff behind the counter threatened to sue me if I broke the hose and that they have surveillance cameras and would catch me. I told him the hose is meant to be pulled to reach your car. It’s specifically designed that way. But he said, no, it’s not, and that instead I must wait for the customer in front of me to leave first before I can use my pump. He said I must never pull the pump hose or it will break. If this is the case, then why even bother having two pumps next to each other (one in front and one behind)? Customers will not be able to use both at the same time since they’re too close together. He threatened numerous times they have surveillance cameras and would make me pay if I broke the pump. Clearly the guy doesn’t know the first thing about using pumps. I’ve been driving for 20 years and this is the first time someone has ever told me not to pull the pump hose to reach my tank and threatened to sue me if I broke it. This is my local service station, but this is the last time I’m ever coming here again.

Bucket with water always dirty, no way the putting any glass cleaner solution. Besides that it’s just another Caltex, nothing special

Competitive petrol prices. 2 cars cannot fill at same time one in front of other. Petrol hoses are too short.
