After having an aeration system installed in my dam approx 4 1/2 years ago,I was very satisfied with the results that followed.After this time,with no on going maintenance to the unit by myself,the unit stopped.After a brief conversation with the original installer,I was told the unit required a part which could be repaced by staff at WQS.On arrival at their place of business, I was told this could be done with only short wait time.The work was carried out efficiently and reasonably priced.My experience with the 2 staff members that delt with me was very positive.

Very pleased with Scott’s advice and quick service for my new dam. The warmer weather produced a smell and an algae issue. The aerator and biostim tablets turned it back into the perfect swimming hole within two weeks. And as an added bonus, the ducks hate the aerator!

Water Quality Solutions was engaged on a 12 month contract to reduce and if possible, eliminate substantial, uncontrolled weed growth in our front dam. They were true to their word and at the end of the contract we have a delightful looking dam at the entrance of the Retirement Village. Importantly, we are now able to control any future weed growth using our own staff. Thankyou very much Water Quality Solutions for your professional advice and expert service.

What a great company to do business with, first contact by phone to Jill, then quickly transferred to Scott, spoke about the needs for my pond, given a recommendation for the pond vacuum I would need. Then given a very good price, transferred back to Jill, invoice created then despatched same day, arrived in 3 days ( including the weekend ) If you're looking for a pond vac I would certainly recommend this company.

They advertise afterpay on their website but don’t actually offer it. They also don’t respond to emails and were quite hard to get in contact with to enquire about ordering with afterpay.

We installed an Aerolator fountain in our dam two years ago to improve the water quality for the marron. The staff at Water Quality Solutions were always helpful and professional in their approach and have kept in touch regularly to make sure the unit is functioning as it should. I would recommend them to anyone wanting an improvement in their water quality.

I've recently installed an aeration kit in our dam and have been very impressed with the communication I have had throughout the process of deciding which set up is right for me. Scott and his team have been fantastic with their advice and support for my many questions, but most importantly the after sales service has been great, and I look forward to watching my dam flourish now that I've had professional help from Water Quality Solutions. My farm dam was completely overgrown with azolla. Scott at Water Quality Solutions helped me step by step with good practical advice and supplied the equipment needed to aerate and restore the dam. I'm very happy with the results and can't recommend Scott Tucker and his team more highly.
