Asked to do.a vacate clean they charged more than the quote for doing nothing but looking. They say in writing they will come back.if not happy or refund so far they have done nothing. The unit is ledt with wet stretched carpet, tiles in kitchen not cleaned, cupboard doors no ot cleaned, air conditioner not dusted, toilet not cleaned, showerscreen not cleaned and run marks on windows shall we continue....... basically they are not good nor professional with standard of work. I have done and seen better elsewhere. They took the tenants money and ran. Thay will not reply nor attend their calls . They need to refund tenant as this is now going to consumer business for ripping off customers and not honouring their work.
