This Big W is an average size with a good selection. They have a large bakery. They have a quiet hour in the morning which i’ve never used but worth noting. The staff have always been very nice in my experience. There are also some comfy seats just outside the stores if you need a rest after your shop.

I can understand why people have had bad experiences here. It's a fine shop if you're ducking in and out without interacting with anyone.

Rudest store ever. It seems every time you go to the front counter the people working behind it are too interested in talking to each other than to actually serve anyone. And then when you cough loudly or tap on counter they give you a dirty look.

I went this morning at woolies and I asked this b*@ at self checked out if she can help me. She can... but her demeanor says a lot! I do get it that i made a mistake but instead of just helping me she lectured me. She even asked me to move for the space she needed twice as if she was something special! What a racist!

Found this Store to be one of the worst I have ever shopped in by far.The store is dirty, under stocked, limited range, staff with bad attitudes, rude staff.I prefer to drive elsewhere to shop, the convenience here is consistently outweighed by the terrible experience. I have also witnessed thieves pushing past me to steal their basket of groceries. Safer, nicer, cleaner stores to shop in instead of this one. Shop elsewhere.

Eggs in middle isle of shop not kept refrigerated, incase your wondering where they are. The frozen and fresh seafood is displayed close by near the deli. The selection and quality of meat is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and easily found because staff are always working in each sections. Deli was also good. If your looking for range, value and freshness shop here.

Self checkout accused me of stealing because I had the audacity to have something from another shop in my trolley! Tried to joke about it with assistant, but she was extremely serious, despite woolies not even stocking the item in question! Made me feel like a criminal, I strongly suggest woolies disables this feature

I always Buy Dairy Farmers milk, support our dairy farmers.Always busy here, lots of uni students shop here, Woolworths is Woolworths, Cheap BBQ chickens ( no pun intended)parking is difficult at this Centre
