Peter and the staffs there are beyond amazing! Valyrian had been waiting in emergency for half day, no vet available to attend to him. My little baby developed fever when we are waiting and the nurse in the emergency just told us it was normal! I called the clinic explained the situation and described my baby’s symptoms, they managed to arrange an x-ray for him to decide if surgery required within the day despite full appointment. Lucky that it’s not life threatening but prompt action required before further developed. Peter gave my baby x-ray , injections, intravenous drip and oral medication and can food. They kept following up the following days to make sure my baby is ok. Can’t say thank you to Peter and their nurse team. They are really beyond amazing and professional!

I have several cats at home and have been coming to the clinic for several years. Peter always answers questions carefully and patiently. Consultation fees are also cheaper than at other clinics. I think it's the most reputable pet clinic in Melbourne. But it's difficult to make an appointment. If it's an emergency, it's hard to make an appointment in a short time.

We visited regularly years ago when we lived in Melbourne. Stuff are super nice and professional. I want to make an enquiry again but hard to make a phone call. Hope there is a website for booking or anything.Update, just made a call. I've got super kind and patient service for my enquiry and very helpful information.

Best vet in Melbourne for cats without doubts. Yes, they are hard to get an appointment but if it's urgent, Rachel & Peter are trying their best to help your cat. I wish more & more Vets can be similar as Peter and truely care about cats. Don't think I will go any other vets for my cats ever.

It’s a very good vet. My cat is so lucky to be with Peter. He’s very patient, experienced and most importantly, really thinking from the best benefits for your pet rather than convincing you to spend. Both my two cats are happily going to this vet. If have to say any shortfall, they are too popular and can’t accept any urgent appointment

I did some researches and I am happy I choose this vet for desex my 9 months old cat, the lady nurse was very friendly and nice to me and my cat..,Just they are busy sometimes couldn’t answer phone calls so need to be patient :)

The BEST vet in Australia. Sooooo lucky to have a vet like Peter, he is one of the reasons that I don't want to leave Melbourne. Bean had urinary tract problem, Peter is not like other vets who recommend prescription food directly, he is so patient to help me find the cause. He made me understand the pathogenesis and taught me how to diagnose it. Sometimes I had consultation for an hour with super low consultation fee. Now Bean is very healthy and no further medications is needed. I totally trust Peter and won't take my cat anywhere else.

The female receptionist / nurse worked on 22/12/2022 need to be fired. So rude，impatient and potential racist.Our cats have been to this clinic since they were baby back in 2018. Ever since then, we have had problem to book in, because they are very very very busy, and I totally understand that. Every time we need to see a vet, I still call them first to try my luck. Because I love the vets over there. This time, I wanna book my cat in for a dental check/ clean. I first called in Oct, they said they are fully book for this year and advise me call back late Dec when they open the booking for next year. Then, I called again today. And the receptionist over the phone was definitely not in the mood to work! I think her name was Rachael? She speak very very very light and it was very hard to hear and her tone was also unpleasant. I told her what I have been told by the previous receptionist. She said to me they don’t have anything available until late Feb. I told her I’m happy to wait. And she became very unhappy and rude asking me why can’t I go anywhere else since I haven’t been there since 2018. I explained to her that I wanted to come, and I tried every time I can’t get in there. She also asked me who told me to call back in Dec, sound very annoyed. Since dental check isn’t urgent, once again I told her I’m more than happy to wait until Feb this time. She then raised her voice and said to me that they are too busy with current patient, ask me to go elsewhere, and ask me why I wanna come to them. I was already in shock with her attitude and questions, but I still tried to make this work. I really tired to explain to her that my cats are also their patients and I’m happy to wait until Feb. She still questioning why I can’t go to another vet to get it done.Over all, I didn’t get an appointment, she even hanged up on me and said to me that you are not getting any appointment from us. She left me think our cats aren’t good enough for their care.I’m really disappointed with her way of treating patient/ customer (only with her, everyone else I called before was helpful). No one should be treated like this.

My go-to place for cat issues. Peter explains everything in great necessary details and he handled my psycho cat with no problem. 10 stars from me.

We travel a long way to see Carole, Peter, Rachel and the team and have done so for years. They are always so fantastic with our cats. We couldn't even think about going anywhere else.
