Staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive. I can get them all in one shop.

When I was shopping in this store this afternoon ，I heard the staff were swearing about the customers,saying the customers who left negative feedback on google map should be fxxked . I don’t know what’s happened, but I think this is wrong ! As it is an serious offence to the customers. I hope the owner can raise up this issue and give all the staff including the manager proper training, especially on how to respect customers.

I really love this store, staff there are really helpful and nice. I told them one day Ive been looking for a product for a long time. Then the Next month they successfully help me to order them. Thanks a lot!

Worst Asian shop in Canberra. Horrible service and very limite products. Staffs who works in this shop are extremely rude. If you have choice, DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE!

One of the girls cashiers of this store should be fired. She had very bad service attitude towards customers. One time she even smashed my stuffs on the front desk just because I asked her one more question, and she called the next customer to come up cuz she had no patience for me at all. Guess who is she - the one who is not as slim as the other. That’s her!

I wish I could give negative star. I had bad experience for several time already. This shop never improves their service or gives the staff proper training.The staff were extremely rude, ignorant, and arrogant. The price written on the price tag mismatched with the price charged. When I tried to confirm the price, they simply said: You just don’t buy it if it is too expensive to you. What a horrible and pathetic attitude! Customers should not pay for your mistake! This was totally a rip-off.The old lady, who seems to be the manager, treated the customers really bad. She monitored you if you carry a bag in the shop, as if every customer is a thief. When you made negative comments on their products with your fellows in the shop, she stared at you and rolled down her eyes, making people feeling uncomfortable.Never visit here unless you want to have a disgusting day!

Not to invalidate other's experiences, but I would take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt. Having visited many Asian grocers with friends (initially asian friends) both here and Brisbane, they're difficult to enjoy without an open-mind. Leave all judgements at the door, and embrace your natural curiosity and sense of wonder.If you do this, your visits will be much more enjoyable. Do not expect to master all Asian food from day one, you will only leave disappointed. Here are photos of a few treats I got myself. The peanut cookies are delightful, the fried chicken corn snacks are a must-buy on every visit, and every visit I leave with a tenth of what I desire because they have a million wonders.

Cashiers are always having poker face. Poor service and bad attitude. The servers didn’t even pack the bag for you, unless you buy bags from the store, lmfao! The store manager always shouting the employees. One time I heard he shouting at the boy, cussing his mother and stuff… so bad experience… this store is the shame of Chinese people

I come to this Chinese grocery regularly and happy with their customer service, always helping me finding what I need and recommended good products to me!
