Madame Jenny is a lovely lady, & has been in the beauty industry for along time, so is very experienced & talented at what beauty treatments she undertakes.I highly recommend!

The worst place to get a mani and a pedi. I wish there was a way I could erase my horrible experience from memory and take my money back. In the end I had to ask them to remove polish from my fingernails because they were applied so poorly. The polish on my toenails look lumpy. Take your money and business elsewhere ladies.

Thank you JJ for a great experience this evening in your Waterloo salon.I had my eyebrows tinted / lashes tinted / lip wax and a spray tan. JJ really took care of everything she was doing, I didn’t feel rushed like many other salons in the area, I will definitely be returning here!

TL;DR: Go anywhere else but here!I came in to have a brazillian wax and was firstly told I wasnt allowed hot wax, but had to have strip wax. I explained my preference, but she said it was gentle and is used on faces. With no other option provided I went ahead and the wax was the most annoying, painful experience I've ever had in my 16 year history. It took ages and I ended up covered in sticky wax. Then to top it off I get told I should consider laser and then charged $65 for the horrible experience. The area felt painful all night and in the morning I've woken up with red marks where layers of my skin have come off with the waxing strips. It's so so painful. I can barely walk. Again, I have never had this before in my life. Would advise people to avoid.

I got my nails done here. They did not have much of a variety of colours but Alice was really lovely and did a great job! Would recommend for getting your nails done :)

I went to have 45 minutes body massage, wax, and tint my eyebrows recently. Really happy with the service. I did not have a massage for a long time, it was really nice and so relaxing.

The shop closed at 7pm, kindly the staff stayed behind to give me a spray tan. The staff are all genuine and lovely. My spray tan looks wonderful. Thank you - I'll be back

Truly awful. Was ripped off. Went in to get shellac taken off. Ended up with a crap hand massage and parrafin treatment and went out $48 lighter. Will never go back.

When one goes for a spa, the expectation is to have a relaxing time. The technician spent 1.5 hours upselling therapy after therapy. It was a terrible time.
