Thompson & Robinson

Had a claim made through NRMA for a smashed bumper due to a hit and run. Went through this company for the repairs and everything went smoothly. No hiccups and the time they quoted me it would take was spot on. No longer than a few days. Fingers crossed I don't get into another accident, but if I do, I'll definitely be coming back here.

I just viewed a recent repair on a friends car and i have to say the paint fade after such a short time is totally unacceptable. This customer does not want to be inconvenienced by taking it back for rectification which is such a shame. My personal experience with this repairer is lack of communication and unhelpfulness. it would be good to know how previous customers have given more than 1 star. Most likely they have not waited to see the woefulness of their repair emerge.

Popped in today to get a quote on a private job & they didn't want to know me.Basically they said they deal with insurance jobs only & it wouldn't be worth it and he pointed to all the cars waiting for repairs.I didn't have a specific time frame in mind but wanted to get the ball rolling.I told him I have the cash ready to go & there was still disinterest in the the job.I have had a private job done by them in the past so I know what the guy told me was untrue.

These guys are so easy going and easy to deal withWish I could say the same about the insurance company, but at least I didn’t have any dramas with the repair work itselfThis is my second time having my car repaired here in 7 years and both times have been simple and reliable

Got rear ended in my clubsport and Thompson and Robinson did an amazing job repairing everything back to better than new. I had a motor vehicle collision and NRMA allocated Thompson and Robinson as their preferred repairer.When I drove in for my assessment, the assessor performed minor work on my front bar in order to make it drivable until it was ready to be repaired.My car was booked in for repairs on a Monday when a complimentary taxi driver drove me to Thrifty to get a rental car.My car was originally scheduled to be fixed in 7 days, after 4 days I received a text advising and that my car was ahead of schedule and would be ready on Friday (4 days in the shop). I returned the rental, used a voucher from the rental car company to Thompson and Robinson and picked up my vehicle.The repairs had been completed and the car detailed - honestly it was in brand new condition. I couldn't fault any of the work performed and drove out in my car less than a week after dropping it off.Thompson and Robinson are true professionals and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for repairs.
