I received excellent service from the staff at Homesat TV, and in particular Anne-Marie was extremely helpful, providing relevant information and assistance in choosing the product and cables.

We cannot honestly recommend them. We made an appointment for the technician to inspect/replace the cable for the satellite dish on our caravan for today (19th Aug). Appointment was made over a week ago. When the Darwin lockdown was announced we contacted the company to change the time to the afternoon given the lockdown was expected to be lifted at midday. Rang them about an hour before the scheduled time to advise we were on our way. All good so far. Got a call from the technician about 5 minutes before we arrived to say they were too busy and couldn't do the job because work had backed up (which they would have known about when the lockdown commenced). We had driven approx 220klms unnecessarily only to be told at the last minute. Not impressed and very unprofessional. Got the feeling the technician didn't really want to do the job.

Have been dealing with Homesat for several years, friendly service and excellent tech support.

This is a great buisness they have all you need in there shop. And the staff are very helpfull.

excellent service fitted my job in on a friday afternoon as we were leaving Darwin on Monday.....had the part on board couldn't ask for more
