Josh Withers Wedding Celebrant

Josh officiated our wedding in December of 2022. From the first meeting, he was fantastic at putting our minds at ease, letting us know what was expected from us to get the paperwork completed, and even while moving across to the other side of the world, always kept up with communication and made sure the entire lead-up was stress-free. We chose Josh because he was recommended by a friend. He has a sense of humor, and an approachable nature that really suited the intimate and laid-back vibe of our wedding. He knows how to work a crowd and is knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasure to have him share our day.

How can i add more stars!!For what can be a stressful time, full of tough decisions and uncertainty, having Josh's experience and knowledge on side leading up to, and on our wedding day was an incredible help. During our catch ups before the big day, Josh was extremely helpful, took a genuine interest in us and tailored our ceremony to us as a couple, giving us something way more special than any regular celebrant. He was the perfect balance of professional, funny, calming, positive, charismatic and so much more. Highly reccommend having Josh as a part of your own special day.

We were lucky enough to have Josh as our celebrant for our little elopement this May and honestly, it couldn't have been cruisier. We're a simple, minimalistic couple that didn't want a huge fuss and that's exactly what we got. From our first meeting with Josh, we were happy and confident he was our guy. Josh married my wife and I 10 years ago. I know you might be thinking, why wait 10 years to write a review. Firstly, I like to really test things before I write any review, that way you know I have given it every chance to be bad. And secondly, even now when I think of the day there isn't anything I would change. That is a big help to Josh. Nothing was normal, and that was the way we liked it. Josh questioned the traditions that we talked about and made us realise we were only doing them because we had seen it before. Not because we actually wanted it. Josh and Britt were professional and communicated well and all that other stuff you want. But they were different! which is why we liked them and why our wedding has stood out as being unique from the rest. So after 10 good years, thank you Josh!

Josh was an awesome celebrant marrying us in the most perfect way. When we caught up prior to the ceremony Josh said he’d create a safe space for us to exchange our vows and that’s exactly what he did! Also appreciate the flexibility thoughout Covid-19 as well as arranging a great back up on the chance he couldn’t be there due to a late new addition! Thanks so much Josh!

We were recommended Josh by my partners brother when first getting engaged and after our first meeting we knew he was the guy we wanted to marry us! He made us feel so comfortable and also wasn’t pushy to pick him either! We didn’t end up meeting any other celebrants!! We both loved how every wedding he does is personal and never the same! Josh was also very understanding when we unfortunately had to shuffle our date due to stupid Covid! On our wedding day Josh even quickly came to check on me before heading to our ceremony location which was a nice surprise! When watching our wedding you can see how comfortable Josh made us and made it all about us!

Josh was absolutely fantastic. He allowed so much time to prepare for our big day with a number of meetings to ensure we were comfortable with the plan for the day. On the wedding day, his presence made for a calming atmosphere, with a few laughs along the way which certainly helped. Really appreciate everything you’ve done for us Josh, cheers!
