Max Joseph Strength
Max is by far the best and most knowledgeable PT and Strength Coach I have ever met. On top of that he is an awesome Bio-mechanic who can help anyone with existing long term injuries like myself get back to training, find a path out of pain or both.I had stopped training completely due to constant long term pain in my back. I now know this was due to incorrect bio-mechanics, using the wrong muscles to do the lifting, whether in everyday life or in the gym. Max was able to correct this unlike many Physios and Chiros I have been to, he can figure out what is going on in your body and give you the path to correct it.I highly recommend Max he will get you the results

Max Joseph Strength
Max has been a long time friend of mine for many years. I first met him in a gym in Brisbane when he was a Trainer working there at the time in 2012. Since then Max has left but has excelled himself far and beyond anyone I know or have seen in the health and fitness world. He is currently my coach and I have been working with him with a client/coach relationship now for over 2 years. He's an incredibly passionate and caring individual who's goal and drive is to help every individual and client he works with to fully engage in life and achieve their goals in the most optimal and healthiest way possible. Through mind and body Max delivers this and for my personal service he has delivered to me, I have never learnt so much about myself the way I have in these last 2 year's. Max has taught me alot from biomechanics, proper nutrition, programming, advanced techniques, posture and recovery to name a few... Max has compiled all this together for me and has made me become a person I thought I never could be. He has made me become the best version of myself but we are far from done! These last 2 years have only been the start and what I've achieved with Max in 2 years I couldn't have done myself over the 6 years I tried myself and through other cookie cutter coaches out there. In conclusion I highly recommend Max to anyone serious about making changes. He's the man.EH

Max's knowledge of the human body is incredible! How each muscle effects others, which movements best suit each person.I went to Max with a knee injury, and after a year or two of training with him, i learnt what movements and muscles I need to work to help my injury.Definitely recommend him to anyone!

I've trained with Max at Strength on and off for the past 6 years. I keep coming back as he is easy to relate to and I appreciate his focus on form and building good foundations. I have found Max to be a highly skilled, professional and unique coach. He is a genuine nice guy who is patient and kind and incredibly passionate about bringing out the best in his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone of any age and fitness level who is looking to make positive and lasting changes to their mind, body and overall health.After 2 hip replacements in my early 50’s, I have struggled with bursitis flare ups and ongoing soft tissue soreness. It’s been a 6-year bumpy road of rehab with many frustrating set-backs.In Jan 2020 I met Max and I am beyond grateful our paths crossed. He takes an individual holistic approach to his coaching, including teaching the importance of the breath, sleep, posture, bio-mechanics, building a strong foundation, focus, mindfulness and recovery techniques. His knowledge in all areas is extensive.After six short months, I can say I am predominantly pain free and feeling much more confident with my overall strength and mobility. I am enjoying long walks again and back to hiking. Life is good. I can’t thank you enough Max, I know this is just the beginning!

Max is my go to health guru!I was diagnosed with arthritis in my right thumb with cortisone as an option which didn’t help the second round - Max has been instrumental with techniques and exercises that have immensely relieved my pain and the daily use of my hand.I also have a greater understanding of my fascia and how my body was compensating the pain being driven by my thumb.He also introduced a 6 minute daily routine that gets my whole body connected and ready to go for the day!I can personally recommend Max highly!

In my time training with Max I have been able to fix many of the physical issues with my body as well as building plenty of strength, including reaching 200kg squats. Max has a great understanding of how the body works and I would recommend him to anybody looking to build strength, improve their fitness or fix any problems they may have with their body.

Very high knowledge of how the whole body moves and operates. No matter my issues, Max always knows the right remedy for improving my muscles. For me, one of the best things Max taught me what how important breath work was. It maybe simple but so important!Highly recommend Max for all your body health needs!
