Worst sns manicure I’ve ever had! Two nails cracked within an hour or two and a week later I have five left intact. To do insult to injury I find they’ve filed my natural nails down so far they’re like paper. I will never go there again. Photo shows the thicker regrowth.

I went to this nail shop and how lovely are the women in there.My nail was badly done at another nail place and I went to this nail place to see if they could fix it and Gemma was so experienced and was on to it.I was so happy with the kind service and appreciated that my nails got fixed and was very satisfied.Definitely going back.

I never, ever write reviews as I just move on.Very rude upon arrival, I tried to make conversation and be as friendly as possible, I got very rude, blunt responses.I received a manicure and the lady was very abrupt while she was doing it, not letting my nails soak for more then 2 minutes then trying to pull of my cuticles… it was a painful because she was in a rush, but the place was complete empty? Very poor skills were shown, chipped crooked nail polish, polish left on my fingers. At one point I continued to try and make conversation and got completely ignored and the staff continued to speak in a different language.If you’re looking for a treat, to spoil yourself don’t go here. They don’t value their customers and the place is unhygienic and a lack of care and skill.

Wonderful experience getting SNS with false tips, all staff wore masks and were extremely friendly. I broke a nail and came to have that one repaired and the technician did it quickly, refreshed my others and at no charge!Highly recommend. I'll be returning.

I am so disappointed in the service and quality of this nail shop. I asked for a full new set of acrylics. I told the manager before she did my nails to make sure that both hands were the same length. Whilst she was doing my nails I could see that one hand had longer nails than the other. I kindly asked her to please check as I didn’t want two different looking hands. I repeatedly told her this. I walked away with two different looking hands with nails all different lengths and shapes and paid $75 for it. Never again. I’m so disappointed as there’s no care or satisfaction to the customer. Will never come here again!

Very lovely staff and they looked after me very well.I love the way my nails look and I definitely recommend this place to get your nails done.

I rarely give bad reviews and prefer to move on. But this was a very disappointing experience and a waste of money. Poor quality service and skill. Very unhygienic, as they reuse the equipment [like sponges, which you can't sanitise].

I do not usually get my nails done and thought I would treat myself to a pedicure. What a disappointing experience! Firstly, the spa and the tools looked filthy and the towels look used. It was such a rushed job, the polish took than the whole pedicure. The lady who did my nails was so rude. She just pointed and grunted as her way of communicating.Very disrespectful. Then I was just left there with no instruction while she went and started on someone else's nails, not knowing if she had finished. Never again!
