Very good customer service very good atmosphere

I was asked by Toll to pick up a package from this pharmacy. I’m not sure what was up with the pharmacist who served that day but I said good morning and explained to her Toll has a package for me in her store. From the first instance, she was wholly passive aggressive and clearly did not want me to be in there. No one else was in the store. She took her sweet time to process my details (gave her my driver’s licence to verify) then her phone rang. And what happened? She took the call and did not even bother to say “excuse me” but totally ignored me and talked for at least 5 minutes. As she clearly decided to ignore me, during this time, I decided to wander outside and enjoy the sun because she clearly did not want me to be in her store. Sure, I’m not a customer of the store but I didn’t ask Toll to deliver my package to this pharmacy (which seems to be a side business for them). After her phone call, I wandered back in and she took at least 3 more minutes to verify my details - my package said no signature required. LOL. One of the more bizarre encounters I’ve had. I’m sure she gives good scripts but maybe this pharmacist shouldn’t be in the package delivery business because their customer service was pretty awful. Couldn’t wait to get out of there and I’ll be telling Toll to stop sending their packages to her store.

It’s easy to get a thousand prescriptions, but hard to get one great pharmacist. Mathew has been so great, helping me to get my medications and going out of his way to deliver the best service. Thank you so much Mathew.

The worst pharmacy with the worst service, i was supposed to pick up a parcel from this pharmacy however the pharmacist there wanted to make everything too hard, she asked for my ID which was fine and my phone number and after she needed me to give her a pin which I have never heard about, i told her that I don't have one she insisted that I can't take my parcel without a pin, she had my parcel that I paid for in her hands and she refused to give it to me even though she had my details in front ofher, I hope that the delivery companies would stop dealing with this pharmacy because clearly they just to make it too hard to the customer.

Very bad customer service at this pharmacy, today around 6:30 pm I went to this pharmacy to get a coughing medication for my baby, the lady who was there had NO customer service at all, she just gave me a medication and charged me on the card without even saying what the price was, and didn't bother to advise what is the preferred time and how much dose I need to give to my baby, when I asked her about when to give it to my baby she replied to me in a very rude way. I was in need to go to this pharmacy otherwise I would never even think about going there, because it wasn't the first time I received a bad customer service there.

Absolutely awesome service and Pharmacists. Matt and Mary Ann are always happy to help. They order items in for you. They keep your scripts on file for you to make it easier to get your meds.
