Had the perfect footlong ham here today. The bread was freshly baked and the salads were nice and fresh and had a good amount.Always get friendly service here and the cookies are amazing....nice and softThis is easily the best Subway in the mountains and Penrith area. It's always consistent and worth checking out when passing or nearby.

Food and service was fine, what i expect. The Indian girls hair wasn’t tied properly and kept touching the food. Very unhygienic. I was a little grossed out. Probably won’t come back if she is serving.

Terrible. Half of ingredients (salad) missing. Sparse chicken . More sauce than ingredients which made rolls very soggy. Disappointed

Subway in general has always been hit and miss for me wherever I get it, I always seem to end up disappointed. But today I came here for the first time and was so happy, I was served by a lovely girl (name tag said Hannah) who was polite and friendly, the salad was super fresh and my sub made awesomely!Definitely will be back!

Very nice and clean store. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Subway is known for its fresh vegetables and delicious food. I love the veg patty and always prefer to have subway while driving to Blue Mountains. Easy to park and quickly prepared the lovely foot long veg patty.

We went to order on Menulog and realised Subway had added at least $4 to each Sub, so to order online for a family of 4 would have been an extra $16 plus the service fee and delivery fee. We ended up going and getting it in person. The service was friendly enough but didn’t make sense to add so much to deliver.

One of staff member is very rude. She abuse in front of customers as well as no manners how to behave with co workers . She should have fired from the job very disgusting. I haven’t seen like this staff her name is audrey need to learn some manners
