Always amazing people here. Bought a fit but 11 months ago . It just stopped working. I did not even expect but they just changed it over for a new one.So happy .

Had to replace macbook that stopped working - got told we would have to wait 6 weeks for repair. Jack and Peter super helpful staff and managed to replace it with a brand new one. Thanks so much

Took a very long time to find information for our work account. Finally after an hour I was able to get an exchange for my work computer that had stopped working after 1 month.

Do not waste your time and money by getting extended warranty from them. They could not find my policy after 3 years and then they said it has been expired! Now, I have to throw away my $275 ear buds. Thank you for the amazing customer service!!!

Prices were more than the good guys, service was less than the good guys. Would not meet price of competitor. I purchased from the Good Guys instead and saved 1500 dollars on same product

Store not to busy, staff really don't ask much, so depends what kind of buyer you are. I was looking for the high end Jlab, no stock .

Taras assisted us with a camera today, great service and went to an extra effort to locate the last one in stock, also we purchased a memory card that if I was not for his information I would not be able to record.All up he was a great salesman with nice manners

Not a pleasant experience here today. When picking up a click and collect the young blokes at the front desk were wonderful and helpful.The ‘manager’ on the other hand, an older man (who was not dressed appropriately or flatteringly for work I might add, wearing a 2 sizes too small green top) was basically hiding behind the counter pretending to work on a computer near the PlayStation controllers was being so rude to them and indirectly rude to me by speaking through them. He couldn’t just turn around and say to me ‘sorry mate, we are onto it and will find this for you asap’, which is what he should have done.This ‘manager’ didn’t even give them a hand looking for it and basically refused to intervene to lend a hand and was just giving really generic and short responses to the staff. It was basically workplace bullying.The poor young blokes ended up finding it at the back of the cupboard because the person who packed it just carelessly shoved it in the back. The whole time I was not being impatient and told them to take their time and not stress about finding it.I nearly said something to the manager to put him in his place, but just left it. It’s like mate, you work at a retail store and you’re not special, pull your pants up a bit and show some front of house respect to your staff and customers.

Not a bad JB HI-FI these stores are independently owned and SALES are completely different from store to store, I have to say that it hasn't proved to be the cheapest JB HI-FI Around though, the staff are rather helpful as they should be and this store is kept pretty well stocked.

Poor customer experience. The guy at the front desk blamed my husband for a RAM issue with his phone in December. Still awaiting an outcome.Seems a bit ridiculous in this day and age. Won't be spending any more money at this store again. Disappointing to say the least. Especially for small business owners.
