Food is served promptly, good for large gatherings. Decor is quite old and dated but quality of the food aint too bad, and leans more on the traditional chinese cusine.

We have been going to My Chinese Kitchen for years and we made a booking for 10 for Father’s Day dinner with the family a week prior. When we arrived the table reserved for us was still uncleared from their lunch session. Keeping in mind they close at 3pm and then reopen at 5pm for dinner. Our reservation was for 5pm. Upon arrival we noticed they are now under new management and a new name of “My Chinese restaurant”.We waited at least 20 mins for them to clear the table and to be seated. Before being seated We stood waiting and then were handed menus and told to write down our own orders because they said they would be too busy to do so.When we finally sat down the table was still dirty and sticky, I had food on my chair and when I went to pull out my chair to sit down there was rubbish and drink bottles still under the table.Unfortunately the service was shocking, I had to get up numerous times to ask for something else like cutlery ( which you’d think would be set on the table) and hygiene was very disappointing we had to wipe everything down again before eating, food was mediocre and unfortunately we will no longer be returning and wouldn’t recommend to family and friends anymore.

We waited an hour until all the tables were served with dishes. Eventually found they lost track of our order and ask us to reorder. Very bad experience.

I have always wanted to go to this restaurant and we finally tried it out tonight(Easter Sunday) and it did not disappoint.The food was delicious!. And best of all, it cost only $200, it was excellent value. Definitely will be back again for the food.We ordered 10 dishes for 8 pp and each dish was uniquely flavoured and yummy. Honestly, we can not fault it. Everyone in our group thought the food was really tasty. The food came out from the kitchen was temperature hot and really fresh.Services was friendly but could be better as they were only paying attention to customers sitting at the back and we were in the front, sitting next to the entrance door. They could honestly employ more people on the night.We had the duck, jelly fish, fried rice, beef pot with glass noodle, fried buns and can't remember the rest.Great value for money.The only thing I didn't like was we were asked to hurry up to finish eating our last few dishes so they can give our table away.What the hell ?

I had been loving and recommending this place to my friends before. However I got quite disappointed with recent visit. The table was not cleaned properly and portion of food was much smaller. The taste of some dishes were different to previous visits. I understand that current pandemic impacted on the industry badly, but seeing their staff putting thumb in the bowl of rice when holding it and then put on my table, I really got disgusted.After the dinner, I vomited at that night. My husband had diarrhea. We are not going back again.

Decor is very old. Food serving size is medium, not generous. We ordered 6 dishes but only 1 main is okay. Very salty, fixed Chinese cooking style, end up with nothing excellent. Thankfully, my local friends couldn’t tell the definition of authentication.They charge 1.8% or 1.5% for debit card payment and our bill was over 120+.

Great dishes. What we ordered are all tasty, especially the yellow bridge pancake, so crispy, melted in your mouth, really yum. We will come back again.
