One star is too much for them... Lousy customer service our expensive Italian toilet bought from studio bagno failed after just 18 months. Reported it to them two weeks ago, first call and email ignored then on my third call to them got to speak to manager Ram who said he'd post replacement part. A week later nothing. Rang again and was assured it would be express posted yesterday... Nothing arrives today. Fifth call to them I find it wasn't posted yesterday but they say it was posted today. Not holding my breath! Seriously consider whether you want to deal with an incompetent company that treats it's customers with utter contempt like this. When your studio bagno toilet fails believe me you want it fixed asap but they don't care!

I’ve had a couple of issues with my Studio Bagno toilet suite which was installed about 5 years ago - soft close lid and seals were main issues. I rarely submit a review but this is worth the effort. The Customer Service lead, Ran, was absolutely fantastic, nothing was too hard and he was happy to do a FaceTime call to help me with installation. Could not thank him enough for his after sales service on now a couple of problems.
