David Millar Real Estate is the best real eastate company that I have worked with for the entire 10 years of my rental history. Great family owned business , keen to help their tenants in every aspect of their tenancy period. They are not out of reach like many other real eastate companies, they are always there on the other side of the phone to assist tenants where they need any sort of help. I can not thank you enough to my property manager Lee for her help and exceptional assistance during my move in and out after almost 3 years and very special thanks to Lyn and David Millar for their support and help during and after being their tenant. We rang up to speak to a property manager to introduce ourselves and hand in our application for a rental we could use as a holiday house for 6 months. Never in my life have I dealt with somebody so rude! We have our paper work ready to apply (as any one else would) and our bond to secure the property on approval and the agent didn't even want to make time for an appointment as we're coming up from Brisbane. I do not recommend this agency! dealing with people this rude is not worth the headache! Will be applying for another holiday home elsewhere, there are plenty of beautiful. properties in Caloundra! Maybe it's time for the property manager to look for employment elsewhere, not dealing with the public. Thank you.

From a tenants perspective.. there was a sudden rain water leak causing an electrical issue and I had to call the agent.They picked up the call right away and I got to speak to a real live person (no answer machine or having to press buttons. In this day and age, I found that to be quite refreshing!).The office person listened carefully and took my call seriously, and must’ve taken action right away too because within 30 minutes I had two representatives from the agency visit my place at Dicky Beach to have a look. Don’t know about you, but I call that great service!Anyway, plans were made and calls were placed. Further, I was given a personal contact number for the Principal to confirm things went as planned by a certain time. A well organised and cohesive team at work there. Obviously I’m pretty impressed. 100% I highly recommend. Well, that’s enough brown nosing for one day. Cheers!

David Millar Real Estate are an excellent and Professional Agency.I don't recall meeting you Mr. Glover, so it is unfortunate that you have told one side of the story instead of 24.

I purchased a property through David Millar earlier this year.Hands down it was the most professional, helpful and straight forward property purchase I have ever made. I am in my 70's and the Davids went above and beyond many times to ensure the purchase was a seamless and stress free process.Many years ago I worked in real estate so could really appreciated how helpful the agency was through the entire process. It can be daunting! But from making the initial offer, through the negotiation process and to finalising the contract they were fantastic. They also went out of their way to help facilitate my physical move into the property...need I say more.I have lived in Caloundra most of my life, and was dreading a move at my age. All I can say is thank you so much for helping me through this transition!

David Millar Real Estate has been a very pleasurable experience, i myself have never had a problem with anyone of the team members. I have found them to be awlays friendly and courteous to all my needs.

It's the worst experience I ever had with a real estate agent in many countries I ever lived. Our 'new' property manager (with 17 years experience) came to our place without providing the form 9 to insult and being rude at me for weeds issue in the driveway instead sorting out the emergency matters that she has been aware of, as we have lodged the maintenance forms (oven and toilet). Today I went to the office after couples email she sent to my partner in regards to the weeds issue a month after the emergency is not being actioned, nor even mentioned when it would be attending. The property manager still not being helpful and rude. I ask to speak the proprietor of the Company, to my surprise he's even worse than our 'new' property manager. The way he spoke to me, not in the right matter, humiliated me in public. Totally unprofessional, as a customer I believe I should be treated correctly. I will not and will never deal with them any more. One star is too much already.

We have been dealing with Lee Morrow for the past 2 years and she is the type of property agent/person you want to invite in for a cup of tea! She always goes the extra mile and is extremely reliable. Couldn’t recommend her more! Thanks Lee for everything!!

Lee Morrow isn't your average property manager, this amazing human has empathy and understanding. The compassion she has shown in an increasingly insecure rental market is beyond words. The extra bits of communication and reassurance has put my family's worries to rest each time....it's nice to have someone on our side too.
