I've been meaning to write a glowing compliment for years now. Can highly recommend this craftsman, he has done a couple of pre-purchase checks and few services on classic watches for me.I wouldn't trust anybody else . I certainly wouldn't buy anything without his professional opinion.

I had a warranty repair done on my Casio watch. Ian was very courteous and handled the repair efficiently and with the uttermost care. Nice bricks and mortar small business, will definately recommend it. Thanks again Ian.

Excellent service! Went to get a metal band sized down that other places couldn’t work on. Halls took look, easy done it - finished the job in 40 mins with minimal markings on the band and cheap price. Recommend to anyone! Will bring all my watches here.

This is now the only place I take my watches to, just down the road from where I work. Ian is patient and will engage in humorous chats about various topics vaguely related to watches. He does not charge excessively and is thorough in his work. His wife is lovely as well. I feel lucky to have found this high-level local service.

Brought in my watch and was quoted $22 for a new battery. Came back to collect it and was charged $33 because the jeweller told me he had to replace the seal. Why didn't he bother explaining what the seal was and whether I wanted it replaced and why didn't he ask me first whether I wanted to spend $11 on it??

I had two broken G-Shock watches. Hall's repaired both watches for a good price. I didn't have to mess around with mailing the watches to Shario Australia because Hall's is local to me and is an endorsed repairer for Shario. The turn arround time was quicker than expected and the watches looked like new when finished. Trying to find a car park near the shop may be difficult, but it's worth the trip in.
