I will never use this service again! I’ve paid money for nothing good to my clothes and I have to go to another store to take it off and re-fix it. Not recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately this was a disappointing experience.I had only recommended this service as a friend had said that she used them years ago. My husband went to them to get about a few pairs of trousers shortened and some taken out.On return of the trousers, he noticed that one of the alterations that he had paid for had not been done. So he returned with with the overlooked trousers, and an extra request. On discussion about expanding the waistline of one of the trousers (the new job) with a male employee, he was told that by far the best way forward was to make a complicated V" shaped expansion joint at the back of the trousers

If I can give a 0 star I would! This is by far the worst tailoring experience I have ever had in my life!! I missed to read the reviews I should have!!! Never ever go to this place! Very rude doesn't accept a back job and wants me to pay more while they're price charged was tooo much! The dresses I have asked to be shortened seems like it was never even touched! Shameless!!

Had a last minute wedding dress to be altered (left it last minute eek). Fatima was very helpful and managed to alter all of my requests (shorten, secure satin buttons and add Robbin tale to be able to lift dress) in such a short time. Will definitely be coming back!

They gave my jeans away to someone else and they argue that i already picked it up and i'm lying. What's the point of issuing the receipt if they are not going to check it? I asked for a refund and cost of my jeans and they say they can legally" throw the customer's clothes away after 3 weeks which I never heard of. At the same time they argue it's been picked up by someone so "it's not their issue". Unbelievable! They lost my jeans and I still need to pay for their service? I've never seen such a rude

Tailored Clothing Alterations
I went to this place to have a dress and a skirt taken up. The dress was hemmed correctly but the skirt was still at my ankles. They took up the correct length on the lining but not the skirt. I took the skirt back and explained the problem. They wanted me to pay again! I’d already paid $35!! The skirt cost just over that amount. I was very unimpressed. I will never use these people again. I’ve never had this issue before with alterations. Do not use these people! Beware

The worst experience that I’ve ever had - I tried to communicate with the lady saying that I need the dress really urgently, but she just couldn’t get it and told me to go away.

Poor workmanship. Pants aren't evenly taken up. I suggest you avoid the same mistake.
