n 2021 I instructed Rouse Lawyers to assist me with the sale of a business I had founded and operated for 20 years. As can be the case with transactions of this type there were twists’n'turns during which Rouse remained patient with me but also commercial in considering offers offers from other parties. In the past when I sold another business a different lawyer became too bogged down with the drafting of the contracts in lieu of the commercial terms and I was determined not to repeat this outcome.
