We recently installed new carpet and tiles into our unit. We found Adam and his team to be very professional, friendly and offer helpful advise without any pressure. We were able to take multiple samples home to check colours. The new flooring was laid professionally, on time and looks great. Would highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.

The staff who did the measuring and makeing of my quote were efficient. How ever the receptionist was extremely rude, would avoid answering questions and didn't communicate what I wanted to the quote staff.

We have just had 4 bedrooms carpeted with Andersens and are very impressed with the total handling of it. We always had great phone and email comunication from them regarding all aspects of getting our carpets laid. We found them all to be extremly courtious and helpful. Just had our carpet installed by Andersens Bundaberg. We were very impressed by Jody and Rhonda's assistance through the whole process. They were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the carpet industry. Jeff did a fantastic job and we were very pleased! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at new flooring.

Great experience purchasing our new carpet through Andersen's right from the start Peta was very helpful in store at the selection stage and Jeff laying the carpet did an awesome job. We are so happy with our new carpet (First Light - Crystal 1) we highly recommend Andersen's, thanks again Peta and Jeff for an excellent job.

Wow what a great company.. Jack was extremely patient when we were selecting the carpet, explaining the different types and colours. The service we received was superb. The 2 men that layed the carpets were very polite and work quickly in a difficult situation as we also had painters in the living areas of the house when the arrived.
