Won't be back.I wonder, has the management changed - or maybe they have changed chefs.Order was late - twice what promised on a slow night - and 2 of us waited there for 1/2 an hour, while we had friends at home. Front of house blamed the kitchen, don't they know they that for the customer, there is only one restaurant team".To apologise they gave "complimentary rice" - they incl. rice already

Nice menu with lots of options. Generous serving sizes. Ordered through Menulog and our food arrived before it was meant to which was nice. My only concern was how oily everything was. There was a layer of oil on the curries and the naans seemed like they were dipped in oil as well. We had a chilli and cheese naan and it was very spicy. Overall quite tasty Indian that isn’t over priced. I would recommend trying to order directly through them though instead of going through Menulog if possible to save some $$.

Used to go here all the time. But Saturday nite takeaway was not happy. Ordered Garlic naan and got.chilli naan. The medium marsala chicken was hotter than the lamb vindaloo. And the rice portioned was rationed. It used to be so good.

Our family have been regulars for a very long time. Usually every Friday night for take away (we order the same 2 dishes every week). Twice earlier this year we got our Butter Chickens with barely any chicken. We overlooked it as we had good portions prior. However, again tonight (April) 2 Butter chickens with barely any chicken. It is definitely not worth the money to order from there now. As locals we now do NOT recommend this restaurant. There are plenty other Indian restaurants around Ashmore/Benowa with better portions and just as lovely and financially viable. Also, they have changed the counter to the rear of restaurant, so when you are dining the take out customers are constantly walking past your tables which is disruptive.

We live local and used to eat here regularly and recommended many.After a few months we returned and it appears to have changed hands. There were no customers dining. The dish we usually ordered was definitely different and the complimentary steamed rice we get all the time was nowhere to be seen. The garlic cheese naan was out of a packet.Two stars only for the ease of ordering via the website.

The best Butter Chicken Ever in Gold Coast. Yesterday I had dinner at here with my family the staff & the service was top notch. Also the Aroma of the Restaurant is too good. Hope to visit here next time as well. Much Recommended

REVIEW 2 - We first ordered from these lovely people 5 months ago and tonight we ordered another 15 dishes to restock our freezer. Of the masses of food we ordered last time, we enjoyed every, single dish. We loved that each has a flavour all its own - they are not ‘same same’. There was no meal where we thought... ‘nah’. Which actually made it hard to do another order tonight... which to choose? Anyway... Here’s the system for living in ‘Moonlight’ - order loads, then open 3 dishes on night 1... have a third of each one (split between two adults). On rice. Add mango chutney, chapati or paratha and poppadums. Maybe some plain yoghurt on the side. Green beans too. Night 2. Repeat. Night 3. Repeat. 3 dishes over 3 nights and a banquet of flavours every night. Everything is so fresh - and heats through quickly in the microwave. They are super friendly and helpful and the food was cooked and delivered swiftly. Highly recommend.REVIEW 1 - March 2020 We are in self-isolation after returning from international travel. Sitting in an apartment in Broadbeach - We did a massive phone order and had it delivered last night and WOW! We’ve tested 3 of the dishes of the 24 we ordered and seriously yummo (technical culinary term). Haven’t been this happy since we were in India last year. Beautifully packed up, all dishes labelled, dropped off within an hour of ordering. Freezer is now full of Indian Moonlight - highly recommend.

A interesting local I haven't tried before, very nicely decorated Indian restaurant, the service was very good and the food was fantastic, we shared tandoori lamb cutlets (superb!) fish masala and mushroom goat, all beautiful flavours and nice sized portions, thank you, we really enjoined our meal and will be back :) (the lamb came out on a sizzling plate with 4 cutlets on veggies but I forgot to get a photo)
