The circumstances leading to my review have been the unfortunate impact of navigating a transfer between Alinta and the School, so can be challenging to navigate and I appreciate it can create confusion. My review is referencing only my customer experience ordering and collecting with Alinta.1. After approximately 1 week of trying to book a fitting online and also calling multiple times due to the website issues, I still could not contact the uniform shop.2. Following this I ordered online, having a fair idea of sizes needed and figured if it was wrong I would just deal with it later. I selected to collect from the uniform shop.3. With the Alinta portal still not allowing appointments, I continued to try and contact the Alinta landline and mobile for several days, including leaving voicemail. To the time of writing, no message was returned, no call-back received.4. My wife attended to collect during the only holiday opening window. She was prioritised due to the online order, but only had to state the order name (mine not hers) and was handed the order. This was good from an efficiency perspective, but I was surprised she was not asked for an order number, to show a receipt, etc.I trust this review can be taken as constructive feedback from the customer to help Alinta consider how they can provide a more positive experience into the future.

The uniform shop at my child's school is a joy to shop in, the staff are extremely friendly and always very helpful. Would recommend.

Ordered a medium dress got a small instead. So much for having a fitting appointment. The have to pay $35 more to fix there mistakes. By having the exclusive rights to a school you hold everyone to ramsom.

I recently ordered some school trousers and on completing my order realised I’d ordered the wrong colour! I phoned to adjust the order and the person I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. Easy website to use and overall a friendly and prompt service.

Absolute rubbishThey sent my son a 3XL when he ordered an M. Never emailed him a receipt and then expected us to pay to fix their mistake.They made so many errors in the order that the school has had to reopen ordering.
