Storage King Penrith

Dave and team were fantastic. They assisted in getting the right storage unit. Didn’t try and push something we didn’t need and got us a great deal. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend Storage King Penrith.

My experience Storage King Penrith amazing I had 2 units for just over a year the staff and management very professional friendly and just a couple of months later needed a couple more units for behalf of my family and first choice of course was Penrith again hired a couple more units 4 just over 2 years and I can speak behalf of my family they were very happy especially with communication from staff and management nothing bar 5 stars recommend Storage King Penrith to anybody..

Great help from the manager, Michelle, at the Penrith branch.I had no problem finding a space whenever I needed one. Michelle went out of her way to arrange space for as my work projects moved ahead.Would highly recommend.

Before you read anything else from me about my experience at Storage King Penrith, I need to let you know what it is that I have been doing for a living since 2000......I monitor and train staff in Customer Service Skills.Manager David at Penrith Storage King, along with his assistant Michelle and staff members Bree, Aashika and Heather have consistently given me and my wife exemplary personal service.It always grabs my attention when great customer service is experienced across an entire team, because it demonstrates that the manager is taking the time to train their staff to a high level so that I, as the customer, can feel confident that whoever I speak to, over the phone or in person, I will get the same friendly and professional attention to detail and proactive thinking.I have moved as far from Penrith as you can go without crossing a border and I am very glad that my belongings are in safe hands with David and his team.I highly recommend them to anyone looking for superior customer service and I trust that Storage King Management are acknowledging the high standards that The team is demonstrating to customers such as me.CheersBrian

Received fantastic customer service from David, who not only showed us everything in a lovely manner, but also helped us unload our stuff. I would definitely recommend Storage King to everyone who is looking to want to use these type of services. I was in awe of David’s funny personality and cool vibe. I highly recommend.

The issue is the limited hours access. They charge more for after hours access. This makes no sense as they don't do anything to actually earn this extra charge & there are cameras everywhere so they know who is coming & going at all times. Otherwise it's much the same as any other self-storage site.
