Brett and the managers provided excellent service. I was unsure about purchasing a vehicle from Barossa as I don’t live in the area, however they were accommodating and made the process / after sale requirements seemless.Also very happy with the CRV.

Probably the worse service department my partner and I have ever experienced. Car in for service + repair at 8am and expressed we would like the car ready around lunchtime if possible as we had to hang around in Tanunda. Received a phone call at 2.10pm to say car was ready so went to pick it up only to find repair was not complete. After expressing frustration, all the staff could say is 'oh we can appreciate that' but no offer of remedy for repair not complete. Eventually, a technician came out and said it can be repaired in about and hour. So all up, work was eventually complete after 7.5 hours and $950 lighter. Oh and btw, Barossa Honda will never see that car again.

All staff are very friendly, very helpful.Big shout out to James for going above and beyond. Highly recommend
