Recently moved to a new position, from Benalla Rd to Fryers St.Well worth the move.Beautiful food, great atmosphere & their staff are on the ball with customer service.Fish is fresh & their pizzas are delicious.Fantastic outdoor eating area & we can't wait for the weather to warm up a little more so we enjoy eating under the stars.

Bel Cibo is a refreshing addition to Shepparton’s eateries. There is a dearth of outdoor dining experiences in Shepparton. Bel Cibo well and truly ticks this box. Beautifully clean and modern outdoor area provides a relaxing break. Food is lovely and the staff are attentive and friendly. Antoinette, our waitress, was a breath of fresh air and smilingly catered to our different whims.The indoor area also looked bright and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back

We went to dinner and we had pizza, it was good except too close to the next table so we couldn't even walk through, we had to walk between all the tables. Because the table was so close it was a bit loud. But service was good and smooth.

A lovely modern cafe built from shipping containers located centrally. The food is fresh and pizza's are great. Quite noisy inside and the outdoor area is not shady until late afternoon. Beautiful setting and great for a catch up

Waited 15 mins to be asked if we were ready to order and that only happens after staff were prompted. Then waited 45 minutes for our food, when it hadn’t come, we asked how much longer it would , to be told the order hadn’t been place. We waited another 15 minutes, still without our ordered drinks, and left. Not to return!!

Went to BelCibo for the first time with the team from work. Beautiful well designed building, a hidden gem (once inside and you see the inside & outside). Had the Panino for breakfast, very enjoyable and very generous serving of food. Coffee was very good. Good customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We were welcomed to dine here even though we arrived as their kitchen was near closing. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is tasty. The setting and ambience is comfortable and relaxed.

Pope customer service never coming here again. Came in one person to have breakfast, knowing storm is coming banked me outside and when people left there are non reserve tables available, did not offer me to sit inside, so just left me out waiting in the rain where their umbers does not cover. I have to come in to ask for my food and coffee to be take away, the girl who served me like did not even clicked what’s happening, it might look hip and nice decor, the service is so bad that I will not return again.

Great vibe, great food. Food included the wood fired pizzas, the mushroom risotto and vegetarian gnocchi. Table was crowded for four and service was a bit short, but I guess they were busy.
