I can not say anything bad about the service within the store it is amazing.However when you ring the call centre it is a different story. I have called multiple times and not had the the best customer experience. Nespresso being a premium brand this experience is what let's down the brand.Honestly I wouldn't recommend Nespresso after this experience to be honest I don't think I will purchase any products from them again.I guess reading the below reply they didn't read the review.

Be very careful!!!!!!!Very disappointing experience. We purchased a Lattissima machine on the 6th May from the boutique in Miranda. The machine stopped functioning since the 16th May. We brought the machine to Miranda boutique. After spoke to one of the staff members, without having a look at the machine, we were left with the impression that we were to blame for not cleaning the machine correctly". I had to repeat that we did clean the machine follow by instruction each time!! By the end

Geoffrey and the team at Miranda were brilliant. We spent almost an hour exploring our new Creatista Pro and Geoffrey was so helpful and patient with all our requests!Thanks Geoffrey and team, we will certainly be back!!

Very poor service , you can't even contact them any way but to call them , then their computer systems are down everytime I call . Make orders and they get it wrong , spending so much time trying to find how to contact them is very frustrating. I'm not very happy at all with the customer service.

Amazing service from their trainee Caitlyn. Her product knowledge was excellent and her patience when I asked a 'million' questions was admirable :) On return the next day to sort a couple of things out, Geoffrey was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for the team at Miranda. I'll certainly recommend Nespresso Boutique Miranda to anyone.

This review is solely based on online Customer Service (not retail outlets as service is always good in store).WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERI ordered online $250 worth of accessories and realised as soon as the order had gone through I had only changed my address for invoicing and not delivery (yes my bad) I immediately rang customer service and asked for the order to be updated with my new address and I was told as the order is pending I can't do anything about it as yet
