The service of this RASHAYS is getting worse! We are very often here to have lunch and dinner. We were very good, but it is getting worse lots!In the afternoon time around 5pm, there was very quiet time, but we have been waiting for more than 45 minutes to wait for our meal!When we walked in, there was no staff to welcome, even no one served menu! We have to get the menu by ourselves.The chicken wings are too dry!!!That was terrible experience!————————————Supplementary information:The manager did apologize with her smile face. She also served us a nice dessert before we go.We accepted her apologize.Hope their service from staff will get better!

Portion sizes are, just right for 1 person. Ordered 5 dishes for 4 people - just right and spent about $90 - which is quite good considering no need to prepare food, cook nor wash up!The staff were friendly and it was spacious. The only down side was that other tables were not being cleared straight away after diners left, so there was a lot of clutter if looking around. Having written that, there wasn't a queue waiting to come in, so I am sure that the staff would have cleaned up eventually.

I would like to edit my review again I went last week and it was good and the staff was nice and my order was yummy.Yesterday I took my lunch and it was yummy and clean.Yesterday I went to a restaurant that wasn’t busy and many tables were empty. I was in a big group we all had problems some of the orders were missed and we told the ladies and she didn't do anything!!! And we told her again and again!!! For the Grilled Ceaser Salad you can't see in the pictures that the place change two times it was so bad the plate look nice but the taste wasn't and I went to the staff to put some sauce and he didn't! I saw the chefs laughing I don't know why!!! The kitchen was so dirty. I have lots of problems but I think that's enough.I don't know what's happened in Rashays. it's not the first time I ate in Rashays. I'm upset and I wore this comment maybe it helps.

Best place for groups and good food.Thanks to the team for their support during the holiday time. They were so patient and warm at receiving us.While we didn’t expect it from them on a easter day, we were served the best. We went in a group of 13 and everyone is absolutely satisfied with quality of food, quick service and taste.My best recommendations are Garlic pot, peri-peri pizza and passionfruit cheese cake. Their coffee range affordable yet best.

Came to Rashys North Rocks for daughter’s birthday. Started off with being sat at a dirty table with hairs also evident. The tables next to us were also dirty for the duration of our stay.Service was fine when ordering but on food delivery one of the dishes was almost dropped in my daughters lap, but for a quick intervention.Food was pretty good except there was a hair in one of our meals.When paying, they had charged us for an extra 3 meals which we never ordered. Apologies and correction made.Kitchen was also a mess.Overall probably will not be dining here again. Food was pretty good though and I don’t blame staff. Management need to look at staffing and training levels please.

It feels like portions are getting smaller and prices higher. Also staff…. so much stressed waitresses, one of them started to cry. One waitress giving lectures to another one in rude way in front of the customers. Before service was perfect!

The food was delicious. Me and my family were fasting and the waitress offered us dates and soup. We were very happy with the customer service and there kindness. Thank you Rashays appreciate it.
