Fantastic service!! We chose Andersen’s when we wanted to remove our carpet and replace it with vinyl, can’t recommend them highly enough. Staff helped us to choose the exact style and colour of vinyl we were looking for and are so helpful and friendly and so knowledgeable about their products. Installer was amazing and completed the job quickly and efficiently and it looks amazing and he was so friendly and helpful. Great job and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Andersens!!

Extremely pleased with the carpet overall. Service in the showroom was excellent and staff were extremely helpful. The carpet fitters were professional. They did not stop working until they had finished laying the carpet . Plus they cleared everything away after and offered to vacuum. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have just had our whole house laid with vinyl provided and installed by Andersens Maryborough.Sharon and her team could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, efficient and lovely to deal with.Sharon was in constant communication with us, the whole process was stress free, ran smoothly and to our schedule.Maryborough Andersens were very competitive in their pricing with a great range of quality flooring to choose from.We can’t thank everyone enough, Sharon, Chris, Debra, Troy and Kylie you are all amazing.Highly recommend Maryborough Andersens.

Recently had old carpet and vinyl replaced by Andersens with vinyl planks. Couldn't be happier with the customer service experience and the final outcome. Very knowledgeable and helpful with advice. Had to wait for the installers to be available to do the installation but well worth waiting because the job was very professionally done and completed ahead of the estimated time. Thoroughly happy.

Incredibly happy with the service we received from Anderson’s Maryborough, Sharon was very informative and a delight to deal with. No pressure to buy more expensive, she just made sure we knew the pros and cons of each product and let us make the decision on which suited our needs best. The team were able to coordinate everything to get the floors done sooner then expected which was very much appreciated. The carpet itself is beautiful and has transformed our home!

I have no hesitation in recommending Andersens Maryborough. Sharon and the team have gone above and beyond to help make my parents new house, a home. A huge shout out must go to the installer who juggled jobs to be able to lay the carpets before Christmas. He's definitely earned a well earned rest.
