Expresso car wash

This is one of the worst car wash services I’ve used. I walked around the car and there was so many missed bits and issues. Bugs still all over the windscreen and the back of the wing mirrors. Missed bits all around the car and definitely not worth $100.I will never use them again and and wouldn’t recommend anyone else use them at all.

We paid $200 to get a premium car clean inside and outside. The reason for the low score is because my plastic trim was stained and when I took it back they insisted it was sun damage. Look at this photo and tell me it doesn't look like a clear wipe mark across it. This car wash needs to reconsider what chemicals they are using to ensure no more future damages like this. (I've since added another photo of the damage 4 weeks later.)

I am so disappointed with this service, I will never return again and highly recommend dont waste your money!!.First I arrived he tried to get me to pay $185 for a detail but said if I pay cash he will do it for $135. I explained that I don't want to pay that much I just want a standard wash and inside clean.Then proceed to the basic clean instead.Firstly they look like they didn't even wash it at all, even for basic you should not be able to wipe your finger on your car and have dirt and dust on them.Second they overcharged me and I explained I was not happy and began to yell at me telling me I should of got the expensive clean.Worst car wash ever, I could of saved my money and did a better job with a wet cloth.

Went to get our car wash today. On arrival, the owner attempted to charge $55 for the wash even though the sign stated $50. They tried to argue that they were putting their prices up. On challenging them they excepted and took the price back to $50. on returning to the car, it was poorly cleaned and poorly vacuumed with bird droppings still evident on the windows windscreen not clean grass still on the carpets. All very obvious locations. And appeared very little care or attention to detail was taken. The owner was extremely rude. Not worth the money, go elsewhere.

This is how I received my new car after its first wash at Expresso car wash, Rouse Hill. No responsibility, no compensation and not even an apology. They just told me to contact my insurance company which charges me $900 excess fee to lodge the claim. I ended up paying $800 from my own pocket to fix it and still very sad that my new car got smashed by these careless people driving my car in/out of the carwash. Dont risk going to this carwash as supposedly you leave your car at the carwash at your own risk.

The lady who took my key is very rude . She want me to add more $50 just to vacuum my car inside.she is negotiating and annoying and not listening. Until i show the poster that the $65 is include everything. Very terrible experience NEVER AGAIN. ! Normal wash and vacuum is $65. I pay for $95 to upgrade the service just to make my car clean asap and to make her feel better . But they dont even wipe it well ! water on the side door still there. Also interior they use very oily rug looks not clean and i assume they never wash it. You can see very well after they wipe it the oil thing its all over the dash board and screen. Very hard to removed. I need to reclean it by my self by wiping it again with dry clean cloth with hotwater.Try it and you will know what i am talking about… avoid this place if necessary.I will give this 0 star. ! Not even 1.

Terrible car wash and extremely rude owners! We have a 3 months old car and when picking it up the whole car - doors, front and back had scratches from dirty rags. When calling it out they started yelling at us and claimed it was our fault and that the scratches had been there before. Just rude people but rest assured this place will be taken to court! Never go here, worst car wash there is!

Avoid this place at all cost.Just asked for a normal exterior and interior clean and nothing over the top and when I got the car the wheels where still dirty, all wheel archers where dirty including multiple spots around the car. The interior was as if they did not even touch it. They did not even open the boot and when I confronted them with the issues the response was that They are too busy. No wonder why they have 2 star rating.

Absolute rip off. Just paid $65 and my car is covered inside and outside in white fluff from their cloths. The windows are all spotted and the car itself is still covered in road grime and bugs etcThe boot wasn’t even opened to vacuum as there was still sawdust from a bag that opened a bit the day before.They parked my car 20 cars away and just pointed in the direction they left it and I had to find it.No phone number on website to call.Absolutely waste of time and money.

They charge through the roof, take 2 hours and this is the result. I got home to discover all these dirty marks, water trails and more. I could have taken more photos except for the glare on the paintwork. I usually go to North Kellyville, pay $20 less and get a better job in 30 minutes. Never again, you’ve lost my business.
