Really impressed, John in the service department was knowledgeable and provided a quick turn-around, for a faulty part in a Kyocera M3040dn that was out of warranty. More than happy to recommend, and will gladly use their services in the future.

Got great value on a new photopier and a few printers under a managed print plan for my business. They take care of everything; they send me toner before i even know the machine needs it, and if something goes wrong (paper jam or mark on the page) a service guy just comes out to fix it at no additional cost to me. A great way to outsource your business printers and photocopiers. Will use again.

Flyers were a terrible cheap quality that were virtually unusable. The response from company is that is their normal standard produced. Could have done better on a home printer. Would never recommend after recent dealings.

Cursory service. Just didn't appear too interested in the customer. Took 25 minutes to photocopy a few pages. Then some of the copies were left on the copier - would have been overlooked if I hadn't noticed....wouldn't go back here. Only giving it a star because they gave me a discount when I was flabbergasted at the price.
