Actuslly want to give it 4.5 stars. Took half off for its position.Stsff here so helpful. I wadnt sure i was in a maccas.Have special dietary needs and they spent time to get it right. At a very quet time of day tho.

Edit. Asked for a big Mac with McDonald's chicken patties instead. was told that this is not possible as the promotion isn't running. I enlightened the lady that I was having this before you invented it. Also you have a wonderful contraption out the front which allows you to create wahtever the F@&$ you want. Finally got through and waited for 6+ mins. Got home and found that I had a big Mac with 1 McChicken Pattie and all the big Mac buns. I can not believe how bad this McDonald's is.

Of all the McDonalds we visited on our round trip to Melbourne from the Sunshine Coast the branch at LISAROW on the Central coast near Gosford was the cleanest and friendliness .It was SPOTLESS, as it was close to our Motel we went for breakfast twice very and service was great. ( A BIG SHOUT OUT TO JEMMA SHE IS A GREAT MANAGER AND VERY SWITCHED ON AND WILL GO A LONG WAY WITH MACCA’s.).

Lovely fresh and hot food. Tried the brand new sriracha McChicken and it was great.Wait times where long but it was raining and I could see the drive thru was very very busy.The tables were clean and everything looked tidy with a great amenities station with salt and pepper provided ( a huge thank you for that!)When I'm in the area again, I will definitely be back.

The last time I went through the drive through they didn't give me the toastie I had ordered yet charged me for it. Today I go through and get a rude young girl that stuffed up my order for ONE item! And then proceeded to tell me that I had ordered what she said. The manager on was a young smartarse. I don't often leave reviews but the way I was treated today by 2 staff members left me feeling pretty angry.

Drive through is inconsistent and will often get your orders wrong especially for coffee and tea orders and as usual their food is overpriced for the quality given however they are a franchise so I understand they don't get a choice. However that doesn't explain the quality of service which is mediocre at best which is further reinforced in their food.

Unfortunately a bit dirty even when nearly empty. Service always slow compared to other sites. Toilet smells like a bad railway station toilet. Not sure it is running with enough staff. Due to the tables not wiped over in quiet period and slowness of service. Kitchen out of site and very quiet compared to the old McDonald's on the same site.

Best drive through coffee. Like my caramel lattes with a hint of 2 sugars. They get it right each time. Brilliant job
