Stealth Bars

This business definitely needs to improve their communication with clients, which is basically nil after you've ordered and paid.Bought online as I'm in Victoria. Website states 12 week turn around. Quite clearly this is not the case. Ordered mid June, received goods in 2 shipments after me having to chase my order up with emails. First parcel arrived 9 months after placing the order and the second parcel arrived another month later. I understand that due to Covid restrictions that my items would be slightly delayed, but a simple email to explain delays etc would have been appreciated. I've had to postpone my travel plans absolutely big time because of the huge delay.If your willing to wait 9 to 10 months with no communication for your goods by all means buy from Stealth Bars but I can honestly say its so not worth the wait.

I now have both front and rear stealth bars on my patrol and I can’t fault them. Excellent workmanship and service from Alex on both purchases. I would highly recommend stealth bars to anyone. Support Australian made !

Was told 3-4 week waiting period after 4 weeks nothing appeared contacted stealth they said 6-8 weeks bow i said ok. So 15 weeks went on and didnt recieve any item contacted the delivery company after stealth said they have sent it the delivery company hadnt recieved anything for 3 weeks. Spoke to atealth once again and they admitted they stuffed up somewhere. Wpuld not advise going with them unless you can be guaranteed a set time frame ie 3-4 weeks or 6-8 weeks not 15-18 weeks. No communication either. Ended up going for a refund.

Love the bars, hate the service or the lack of rather. At the time of order was told 12 weeks, leading to the 12 week mark checked in and was told the order would be a couple more weeks. Which blew out to 9 months after the order was made that it was delivered. Communication was poor after the the initial extension. Seems to be a common discussion I’ve had with other stealth bar holders. As a business it needs some work to keep its promises to customers.In all if it’s what you want be prepared to wait, a long time.

Alex went above and beyond to help out. His products are second to none for fitment and value. Couldn't recommend more. Absolutely worth the wait!

The sheer quality, fit, and finish of my new Stealth Rear Bar is absolutely top notch. It's refreshing to know that if we look hard enough we can still find some people in this country who take pride in their work like Alex does at Stealth. There’s no compromises in the Stealth Bar. Love it. (5 star rating is on the product).Of course building something that’s perfect takes time, so if you are buying one of these just be prepared to wait. If you are in a hurry then this probably isn't for you. I had to wait a fair bit longer than “advertised” for my order to be fulfilled (so I'd give it somewhat less than 5 stars on the wait and the expectations management) but the end result is worth it!
