I had the most beautiful experience with the lovely girls at Suzanne Harward. From the moment I stepped into the studio, to walking out the door with my gorgeous gown, everything was so relaxed and personal. The gowns speak for themselves but I can not recommend Carly and the team more highly for their professionalism and making finding ‘the dress’ so comfortable. Absolutely loved the experience of finding my wedding dress at Suzanne Harward. The girls were extremely helpful in finding something that suited our wedding and that made me feel gorgeous wearing!The dress itself was stunning, incredibly designed and made. I found my dream wedding gown at Suzanne Harward and the whole experience was amazing from start to end. The ladies were so friendly, helpful and welcoming and once I chose my gown the process was a breeze. I only had to go back to the boutique once my gown was ready to pick up and this worked perfectly for me as I had travelled from New Zealand to find a dress. I had many many compliments on my dress on the day and I felt amazing wearing it. Would highly recommend.

Had such a great experience at Suzanne Harward. Carly and Amy were both so lovely. They were extremely knowledgable, and made me (and my mum) feel really comfortable and relaxed. They ended up suggesting I try on the dress ended up falling in love with and buying also, which really showed they had a great understanding of the product, and understood what I was after as a customer (even before I really knew!!)I'm so excited to wear the dress on my wedding day, it is such amazing quality and very unique. My experience at Suzanne Harward was beyond what I could have imagined for my wedding dress. And the dress it self - a custom combination of two of their beautiful gowns. I am in love with my gown, it was simply perfect and was a perfect reflection of me.After having a less than impressive experience at bridal shops in Sydney, mum and I made the trip to Melbourne. I couldn't have been happier with this decision. Their studio is beautiful and made the whole experience that much better. The Suzanne Harward team were very welcoming and accommodating when making my booking. They were honest in telling me that others had been looking at the gown I was interested in, which I really appreciated. They were friendly in-studio and experts at helping me try on all the amazing dresses! I felt very comfortable and confident with the experience. I loved my bridal dress experience at Suzanne Harward. The private appointment was perfect for me - I had never experienced so much care and attention, despite attending several bridal appointments elsewhere. I also recently had surgery, so I had challenges getting changed and moving with my crutches. Carly was so lovely and it appeared effortless to accommodate my needs. My experience with Suzanne Harward will stay with me for the rest of my life. It was a magical hour I wish I could do over again. Putting my incredible, stunning dress aside, the staff are so beautiful & kind. They were supportive which created an environment where I could be myself & experience the euphoria a bride should whilst trying on gowns.
