Deborah and Samantha at ParkHill were incredibly supportive throughout our year-long tenancy. Responses were quick, advice and rectification of any issues were attended to with timeliness and quality, and with professionalism at every juncture. Any concerns at the start based on some of the disgruntled past reviews here were soon allayed and there was clear, good and mutual respect throughout our experience. Take care of your place, give the respect you expect, and you'll be in very good hands.

DEBORAH SARGENT is hands down the worst property manager in the world!!! She is VERY rude and unprofessional very prudish. She is known as the dragon lady in my house an is a sadist that thrives on the pain of others. She sends her poor little assistant to show houses because people can’t stand her ugly screwed up face and revolt at the sight of her, avoid HER at all cost if you can she will try to take every last cent of your bond. She has little to no self awareness and has no idea how to respect or listen to others. Save yourself the time and money and rent elsewhere !! This place needs to be shut down ASAP

Deborah Sargent needs to be removed from this company as I guarantee she will be losing them business. An absolute nightmare to deal with, rude, arrogant & all together just a miserable lady. We got approved for a property but pulled out (yes during a rental crisis !!) because of her disgusting manor.

It was two and half years of dealing with the rudest property manager. Deborah Sargent, don't let you speak or listen to you. She yells and says rude things. Terrible experience and I can't say a good thing about Parkhill Realty agency after all. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Worst experience so far, Deborah is the rudest, most disrespectful person I’ve met. After gas leaking into my house and hot water not working I decide it was necessary to call her with her answering the phone with “ WHAT DO YOU WANT NOW!” And then going ahead to abuse my verbally and hang up on me. Would NOT recommend. Stay away from this realestate!

We have rented from Parkhill for the last four years, and have been very satisfied with the service and communication from Deborah in particular. The small issues that cropped up were all dealt with very promptly, and we have been told that we are the best tenants to have occupied this house. We have treated the property and the agents with respect at all times, and have found that respect returned. We are very happy to recommend Deborah and the Parkhill team.

My partner and I have only just signed a lease with Parkhill Realty a week ago and so far we are having an incredible experience in our first place together (even though we're not fully moved in yet). Mentioned issues to Parkhill on a Friday, issues fixed by Tuesday (they did say that's bc the owner is helpful so that likely plays a part). We're pretty dang happy so far. And Samantha is a joy to deal with. Thank you Samantha!!

The property manager has been rude and arrogant to both my partner and I in every dealing we've had with her. She is also very unprofessional and has little to no customer service skills.We have found this in every dealing we have had with her. We will never deal with this real estate again.

this place is hands down the worst. I would give zero stars if I could. Firstly Deborah does not reply to emails. The next thing is her extreme rudeness which is consistent with the reviews below. Does not get back to you even after applying for rental. Seems to important walking around with her Bluetooth in thinking she works on million dollar listing. This place will shut down soon, it is even impossible to find as it looks like they are working from someone else's office

Worst property manager ever!Deborah Sargent from Parkhill Realty is unprofessional rude and incompetent. She always has excuses for the constant mistakes she makes and never apologizes and never does anything to fix it. From paying bills late to paying them so early that there isn’t enough money left in the trust account pay other bills she is the pinnacle of incompetence.We recently sold our property and instead of Deborah letting the tenants know that we had sold, they had to find out from builder who was there to give a quote to do repairs (that Deborah had not advised us needed to be done in the first place).I would never recommend that anyone deal with this incompetent unprofessional fool.
