Moving to the Sunshine Coast I didn’t know the areas. Needing to rent at first I found the cutest little beach batch online. I have to say my experience with the agent Carly was so lovely and I could tell she really worked for her landlords as she was very thorough with my application.. A lot of property managers are hard to talk to but she made the whole process an enjoyable experience. Thank you Carly your vendors should be proud to have you looking after their properties. Five star!!

Property management at Century Lifestyle Caloundra is in good hands. We have had our Glasshouse property managed by Cherie for the past twelve months. The previous management (not Century 21) we inherited with purchase of the property had allowed it to deteriorate and it and the tenants were poorly managed. We have had a variety of rental properties over the past 20 years and have suffered a broad range of property managers. This experience has enabled us to sort the wheat from the chaff". With our current property we sought a manager who listened and understood our approach and principles

Carly Nazer at Century 21 is the most prompt, efficient and professional Property Manager I have ever dealt with! Carly goes out of her way to assist with whatever is needed. I would highly recommend using Carly as your Property Manager. She is an absolute gem and I hope Century 21 appreciate the loyal and professional Rental Manager they have- she is one of a kind!
