This is the first time I have used Acanthus. We we very appreciative of Paul and his expertise, especially when there was a cabinet error by a certain Kitchen mob, which we won't mention... Thank you Paul and the team of young men who installed the kitchen bench top. You have done an excellent job, and our kitchen benchtop looks fantastic. Highly recommended

We were so disappointed as we selected the benchtop and we were asked to get cash for it . The deal was done and we just had to go home and get cash. Within 30mins of our return aiden who initially serve us said that Paul the owner wants that piece. I was almost in tears as we already were in stress with all this renovation. My issue was if Paul wanted it than why the hell he displayed it for sell. On top of it aiden should have called us on the spot and informed us over the phone so we didn't had to rush back .this is such a bad customer service

We are very happy with out natural granite kitchen bench top.Paul did an accurate measure, and the granite fitted in perfectly.All the staff were very pleasant to work with, nothing was any trouble when asked questions.

These guys do a brilliant, seamless job - Acanthus Marble & Granite showed what they had to offer, and we said yes! Our rugged concrete island bench is better than we imagined, the detail is finished excellently, and the white bench top spanning around the side of our kitchen is so uplifting, everyone comments about how much they love it! It is a delight to live with these stone bench tops, and we are so glad we went to Acanthus... Would recommend them to anyone

We have served many thousands of customers and unfortunately sometimes things do not go smoothly and people are stressed out which can exasperate this, the names that are on the off cuts are being washed off by the unusual amount of rain were having even though they are in marker pen or stickers which is beyond our control , the customer was advised to go home and pick up a tile to make certain the material was ok and the staff member Aden called his manager to check but was told it was the owners piece in which time the customer had already returned as they were just around the corner.You cant please everyone all the time .

Very unprofessional, they damaged my few of my stones and they were blaming the machine, at the end not a clean cuts. Not going there again.

Friendly service, quick and good price. The only thing we have been unhappy about was the inserts for our sink did not fit ! The guy that did the measurements took them out of the sink box and said they were not needed at the factory as they tend to get lost. Then when we called them to tell them they did not fit they said they were unaware our sink had inserts and we would have to pay extra to get it fix. I think for feedback purposes a check list of questions that need to be asked and the customer should sign that they have been notified would be helpful, as an answer from one of ur workers saying’we were unaware ‘ and taking their word on that is not a good enough answer in my opinion.
