I just wanted to share my experience with Sense Tech and communications. I initially enquired on Sunday and got a phone call from Kurt the following day, Monday which was a public holiday.Kurt was not only professional but knew his product and services.He was very informative and really listened to my needs.I was completely sold and to top it off Kurt, made sure I had the security cameras fitted ASAP, he did the fitting today Wednesday 3rd, from service to price to kurts friendly and approachable manner I highly recommend using this company and ask for Kurt.It was an absolute pleasure doing business with you guys.Thanks so much for giving me peace of mind.

Kurt came at short notice to fix our cameras, and we got him back to install a new alarm. Very pleasant, polite, punctual and professional. He explains everything clearly and makes the process transparent and easy to understand. We've dealt with several security companies over the years, however Ill gladly only use Kurt at Sense technology going forward.

Only a relatively small job but Kurt was very professional, flexible when I needed to change our appointment and the work was completed quickly even on a 40 degree day and climbing in the roof space.Excellent value for money and Kurt was great to deal with.

Frank & the team at SenseTech were great from start to finish. Our job wasn’t a small one, we wanted to cover every inch of our new 1/2 acre property. Frank found us a system that integrated with our front door bell, covered all the area required, is big enough to add additional cameras in the future, also thought about future connection points for TV’s that were not yet installed (which are now installed and works great to be able to view the cameras whenever we want). Any questions we had Frank answered in a timely manner and by the end of the install Frank felt like a part of the family. If you are looking for a security system I would highly recommend SenseTech. We also used SenseTech for the security system at our old house as well (two years ago) and Kurt was also fantastic which is why we went back to SenseTech for our new home. The support is also great, we had support from SenseTech when we needed it over the last two years, it did not stop after the install which is a big customer service positive and one of the reasons we went back to SenseTech. We can not be more happier with Kurt and his work. Put our minds at ease. He is amazing. Puts in so much time to answer any questions you have. Always on time. He can change plans on the spot to adapt to any ideas you may want to change to. Just an excellent service and a lovely friendly guy. You want security put into your house then use Kurt and this company.

Great bunch of young techs.A call out to your Mobile Communications Specialist Frank Leister yesterday 25th October, proved very successful in solving the tech issues i had with my two security cameras.Very professional and expert ongoing support from the Sense Tech Security Solutions team as always.

Even though the workmanship was excellent, the quality of product is very high, and the value for money is outstanding, the main positive for me has been the after install service by SenseTech. When other companies tend to forget about you after the job is complete, Andrew has been there every time I've needed assistance with anything whatsoever. Even very minor issues that were created through my lack of understanding technology. Very, very helpful. Would highly recommend them.

I recently had the opportunity to have Sense Tech install a WIFI relay to my shed at my property. I am more than satisfied with the service delivery and experience. I was provided with a detailed quote on the same day that I called – which was totally unexpected but as my project was urgent it was most appreciated. Their representative Frank took the time to discuss options and find the best solution for what was needed. They liaised with the solar installers to ensure that the requirements for the project were being met.The installation team arrived on time and were professional and friendly throughout the process. They were tidy and left the premises as they found it. The team took the time to ensure that everything was set up properly.The technology itself is top-notch and has exceeded expectations. I also appreciate that Sense Tech are available for follow-up support if needed. I would highly recommend Sense Tech and their installation team to anyone in the market for a similar project.
