Nerang would have to have the most miserable staff! So rude and refuse to acknowledge business customers when dropping off prepaid items. They carry on like absolute pork chops if you leave by the counter door but will not even look at you, let alone open the door so you can put it inside. Seriously up your game and work on customer service.

Located in the Earle Plaza this post office is usually busy. Hence there is a wait most of the time. This is relatively a big shop. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is ample parking in and outside the shopping complex. This post office has some stationary, philatelic items, toys, etc like many other post offices. Next to the post office is the Nerang Cinema.

The worst post office I have ever had to visit. All due to the incompetent manager who needs some serious deescalation training. My visit today will most likely end up in court. Give this branch a miss if you want decent human service.

one of the worst experiences i have ever had with Australia Post, Ashley was SO RUDE to not only me but all the other customers infront of me, Last week she left my mother in tears and she was so mean. It is a shame that Australia Post employs people like her. She needs to learn good customer service. It is a real shame, this office used to be one of my favourites. The people there was usually so very nice and helpful, avoid her!

The staff are always helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately there's always a line out the door and a half hour wait to pick up something that the postie failed to deliver in the first place.

Great staff. It closes at 5pm not what Google says 5:30 I just made it on a Friday afternoon the doors were closed I had to pay V8 rego the guy opened and helped me out thank you very much. Saved me late rego fees.

Shocking experience. These people do not know the rules about collecting an item addressed to a business...the guidelines clearly state that a printout of business email is sufficient. It is amazing that the staff of this business is capable of holding my business to ransom by not handing over to me an express post envelope. Thanks for wasting 4 hours of my day. Won't ever be back.
