Had an issue with our dryer. I wasn't sure whether to get rid of it or replace it as some of the quotes I got were high. Then I found Scott and his quote was more than fair and moreso, his service was amazing. My issue was fixed. Scott took the time to make sure everything worked well even for something like a dryer where you wait around for the cycle to complete. Scott is by far and away one of the best trades on the Gold Coast! Definitely check him out if you have any issues with your major appliances. He is a super friendly guy. Thanks.

Had a washing machine that wouldn’t spin and under warranty, got Scott’s number through warranty supplier and all I can say is amazing, responded to my phone call asap, arrived earlier than said and did the job quick and also charged me nothing as he said it is all covered under the warranty, for years have tried to find a reliable repair man and have now finally found him. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Gave great advice on product usage to help my dish drawers and washing machine work better. He also had all parts on him so was able to fix everything in one visit. Would highly recommend.

I called Fisher & Paykel to arrange for a technician to repair our Fisher & Paykel WashSmart washing machine that wasn’t draining. I posted in a couple of Nerang Community groups on FB looking for someone to come around to fix an issue we were having with our washing machine. A couple of people recommended Scott, so I reached out and he was prompt to get back to me and set an appointment the next day.Honestly, Scott went above and beyond. He's a top bloke and despite spending more time than I expected, and after returning from further research on the issue that was quite unique (no error code, so no electronic diagnostic could be done) he concluded that the only way to fix the machine was to replace one of, or both of, the boards - thanks to Samsung making expensive parts and making it impossible to know which board actually needed replacing, we decided to get a new one.Even though we weren't able to fix the issue (due to it not being economical to order the part), I was more than happy to pay him for his time and expertise.Can and will highly recommend him.

Our 11 month old fridge freezer stopped working and the manufacturer was going to take over two weeks to send a technician out. I called Harvey Norman in Bundall where we purchased the appliance, at 4.30 pm, and Simon the store manager emailed Scott to see if he could help. By 9 am the following morning our fridge freezer was repaired and cooling down. So grateful for the prompt, friendly, professional help, thanks so much!
