Chemist Warehouse at Glen Waverley on Springvale RoadVisited on 16/4/2021The shop is smaller than some newer Chemist Warehouse stores. The cashier counter at the front is dingy!I have been buying my medication, selected shampoos and other personal care products from this store for many years. The customer service has been acceptable but not as bad as some might have experienced.There is another pharmacy just a few doors away. With such close proximity, there is no doubt the business market share can be affected. To add salt to the wound, a much bigger one opened its door recently in the shopping centre not far it.Unless the owner of the store realises the importable of customer service, and improves it ASAP, the business will fold sooner than expected due to tough competition.

Service very poor , don’t know how to talk with customer even the manager don’t care about complaints better shop online rather to spoil your day with people who don’t want to work

Always helpful, staff polite and go out of their way to help. Never had any problems in over too many years to count. Prescription items are often half the price of other pharmacies and on expensive medicines that is a big help. Yesterday I saved $51 on one item alone.

Really nice staff, introducing specific effect of the products patiently and gave me sample to have a try, and they all have a nice attitude which made me feel comfortable.

Rude Pharmacist : Zain HaroonToday on 12/10/2022 between 1300 to 1330.Him and a student was working. He only had 2 customers, wasn't even crazy busy, yet he showed me attitude to sign my stat Dec form. Upon asking why so much attitude, he replied that we pharmacist hate doing stat Dec, I told him it's decided by Australian government to serve community, I even offered him a gold coin, he rudely replied that he do for free and in a negative tone he said to me: please leave. I only asked once whether he is aware that I am waiting,coz the student might not have told him, once I waited for 5-10 minutes, and he started telling him his position and roles and made me feel like small and belittled me, as if he is doing a huge favour for me. He did say his is doing me a favour. We don't need people like this.

Very poor service here. I asked the staff if they have a probiotic in tablet form, she replied, ‘I dont think we have that here’. I didnt believe her so i tried to look around and found heaps. Bit everyone knows, that some products are a lot cheaper here. Parking here is also very difficult.

I would like to acknowledge the great customer service of the staff of Chemist Warehouse Glen Waverley which is on the Springvale road and not the Glen shopping centre. Special mention of Emily who is humble and has great customer service and is always with a smile.

I went to this store last Saturday afternoon to purchase prescriptions. Pharmacist Jono was really helpful and knowledgeable in explaining to me the medications and possible side effects. He was also very patient and sincere, and provided excellent service.

Very disappointing service. Purchased make up products. No samples were available due to Covid restrictions and it was very difficult to gauge the right product to suit your requirement. There was no sign to say that make up products purchased cannot be returned or refunded due Covid So I happily bought few items and upon returning home when compared with the products I have at home soon realised whatt I purchased was not the correct item and went to return the same day after few hours. I had the receipt, the unopened products with the seal intact. The Counter girl profusely refused to do the refund saying that they cannot take anything back after they sold due to to Covid restrictions. My argument is that if that is the case, you should clearly let your customers know that there is no refund or return on their products sold. Even their receipt say that refunds are possible. This is day light robbery and they are using the word Government policy" in vain to benefit them
