Kira & Kira

Disappointed. I purchased a Jai print direct with Kira & Kira and paid postage over the phone. The consultant was extremely friendly and arranged it all. Two weeks later the print arrived in Victoria.The postage though didn’t confirm “signature required” so the courier company just dumped my “fragile” container at the front of the house, in the pouring rain (not my consent) & we were actually experiencing a very wet few days!! I then stumbled across the water soaked cylinder 2 days later. Completely damaged and water stained & wet print! When I called to discuss I was extremely nice about the situation although expected “some kind” of reimbursement. The consultant I spoke with at Kira & Kira was determined to investigate and get back to me. Followed up once again with a phone message. That was almost 3 months ago now! Ummm ...

Unprofessional. Poor communication. Would not recommend purchasing items from this business.

Really great service. Ordered chairs which were a month wait and they organised some display chairs in the interim. Great communication and lovely to deal with
