SOUTHSIDE FRIDGE SEALS

If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would! Dave was simply remarkable is his professionalism and attention to detail. It has taken me 18 months to write this review but I knew I had to, because of the outstanding service I received. We have a difficult to solve problem with our upright freezer, but he didn't give up and came back several times until he found a solution. Basically he went above and beyond what I expected! I thought I needed a new seal on my Fisher Paykel bar fridge. I contacted Dave. He turned up on time as arranged. It turned out I didn't need a new seal. He didn't even try to sell me a new one, he fixed the seal that was on there which saved me a bit of money. Really happy with his excellent service and honesty and was a wealth of knowledge. Nice to see there are still honest tradesman.

I rang Dave after being told that since my freezer was a discontinued model which is true a Centrex CTCF300 a new door seal would be quite complicated. Not with Dave he checked his database and said i dont have stock but can make you one just send some pics and dimensions. Within 2 hours i had my replacement seal which fitted perfectly . Try this guy first .

I have one of those old round Westinghouse fridges. Its an antique really.I was very close to just giving it away because I didn't think the seal would be able to be replaced for a reasonable price.After speaking with Dave, suddenly a throwaway fridge had considerable value.Not only did Dave offer to supply a new seal he provided great instructions on how to measure it and install it.Then when the seal turned up Via Post only a day after I ordered it it had written instructions on how I should install it and where I should be careful so I do not damage my old fridge.Dave not only provided great customer service but also demonstrated a love of sharing his knowledge.It is small businesses like this which are the lifeblood of Australia and I give my sincere thanks to Dave.

A+++ service. How easy this was. Photos and measurements of the seal is all that was asked for, I picked up the next day, seal fits and works perfectly. Strongly recommend Dave before forking out for a new fridge you may not need.

Fantastic, we called in without advance notice with an ancient Waco fridge door that needed a new seal. No problem at all, new seal supplied and fitted in under 30min. Outstanding thanks so much. Highly recommend.

Called Dave for a quote, very reasonable, he came to my place on a saturday, not only did my seals need replacing, but my fridge door was in very poor condition. ( it was nearly falling off). It wasn't a problem for Dave as it is now in perfect working condition. Very friendly can highly recommend. Also a local.
