Great Service and on time.Cory the operator was very professional and provide great advice.. Had 19 year old carpets not professionally cleaned for 12 years. Came up great, fluffy, touch dry and no musty smells. I guess that's what they mean by the Electrodry Experience""

Can I post 0 stars? No actual problem with the the guys working out in the field. My carpet was done easily and well cleaned. Our floor boards were another matter. If you call centre can't quote properly, you should dump the call centre. My quote was for $280. They got there and said it would be well over $800......what a joke

Arrived early and did a thorough job. I only had two small stains on dark car and they came out during the cleaning. I felt the price was very reasonable, $149 for 4 rooms. My only issue was using the call centre, it took a long time to book. Next time I will try booking online.

Worked a trial day with this company. Was informed I would be paid for the 8 hour shift by the area manager. Only then to find out off their hr department that they don’t pay for trials.Both manager and hr really didn’t care bout my situation. They also expect staff to work without a 30 minute break. Plus they’re also required to make up the drive time in between jobs while at each job or drive quicker between jobs. Pretty sure that’s illegal. Major red flags. Obviously didn’t take the role. Spoke with a current worker only for him to say he hates his job. Ie pressure to complete jobs not by quality but quantity. Plus they expect you to make up the hours during the day. That’s how they scam you by making it a salary role then making you do 10 hours a day for only 8 hours pay with no set break.I’ll be taking this further. Totally recommend anybody not to work for this unprofessional company.

To All,I recently had reason to hire Electrodry. I was thoroughly impressed with their work. I needed my 8 piece wool covered longe suite cleaned, and clean it they did. I was brilliant and looked brand new again.Thank you Electrodry for the wonderful job.I would definitely recommend them to anyone.Sincerely, Anne

AVOID! I called and was quoted $700 for 5 carpeted rooms, 3 tiled rooms, stairs, a lounge, bedhead and mattress. After a $200 deposit, the man arrived, said he could only do the carpet, stairs and lounge. He also added $35 per room for a stain protector (doesn't work I've now found). Charged just over $1000 for half the job! Ridiculous. The company uses a mark up scam technique to push customers to purchase unnecessary add ons such as 'protectors' and 'anti germ agents'. Now advising all to avoid.

I have been invaded by bed bugs so asked electro dry if they can help well was told yes well it ended up nearly costing me $600-00.And iv still got bed bugs.

Electrodry experience was great .The gentleman went to no end of trouble to describe what he was doing to the carpet . Although the carpet had seen almost 20 years of wear and tear it has remained in good condition because of the ëlectrodry experience".I would recommend this company for cleaning ."

Simon attended our property. He was early and patiently waited in the car till the booking time. He communicated everything to me so I understand. He was professional and so friendly. Highly recommend Electrodry and Simon. The floors look amazaing! Thank you for your service.

Matt cleaned our carpets yesterday and did an excellent job. He got out stains that had been there for a long time. I would give him 5 stars but my issue with the company is not the carpet cleaners themselves, but the call centre. Had a bad experience with them as they had terrible communication skills. They changed our time without permission and gave an incorrect quote. I would use this company again for the carpet cleaners as they did an excellent job but the call centre did my head in.
