Absolute legends. I went in to get my roadworthy certificate for my car, which failed (unfortunately). I had an appointment with access Canberra for said rego for 11:20, but my car failed and would take longer to fix than I had time for. The mechanic wrote up the certificate for after the repairs were completed, then said I could take that to Access Canberra to get my Rego. I couldn't get there in time via bus (and obviously couldn't drive my car as it was getting repaired), so he literally gave me the keys to his car and let me drive to Dickson to sort out the rest of my rego. Absolute legends, super helpful and made my day much easier. Good on you guys :)

Stuck with a dropped cell in the work ute running errands, working out of state. I was 600m up the road and they came up, jump started my ute, took it back to the shop and put a new battery in it straight away. They really helped me out in a big way, I am so appreciative. Really friendly and organised, took their card, they are my go to for Canberra!!

Have had the best experience with the new owner Connor. He looks after his clients so well and got me out of a bind when I got stuck. Cannot recommend this place higher and I really appreciate the value and consistency. Everything is clear with no surprises. Really happy each time I use this service.

I would have given this place one star if it wasn't for the awesome lady at the reception desk, went above and beyond to get me the pieces for my car, outstanding services from herHowever, I took my car in for a road worthy certificate (was the only mechanic available) was stung $1800, some things that didn't need to be fixed for road worthy, each half an hour of investigation will cost you $70, the car was there for close to three weeksThen on the way out they tried to make me book in for a service as my car was running really rough" I was told my car turned to the right at high speeds but was charged for a wheel alignment? The service they wanted to charge me was close to $800 for some filters

This shop is hopeless. Save your money, time and stress by not paying them a visit. They said to me that I need to fix my transmission and then the car would be good to go. Took forever for them to fix it. They said it was all good and that they test drove the car and it was fine to pick up. I got there and went 1 1/2kms down the road and the whole car broke. I called them asking for help and they told me it's not their problem anymore. Spent so much money on this horrible company only to be scammed and ripped off by them. What a terrible business. DO NOT GO!

Under new management but same friendly staff. Cheaper the dealers for logbook service and great price on tyres

I had my car checked at MIT today. The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They have done job promptly. These guys know what they are doing! Specially thanks to JESS who even offered pick and drop off while we were waiting. Definitely will book the servicing in the future this family owned business.

Connor was able to fit me in for a last-minute roadworthy check, which really saved me. I'm very grateful!

Needed a roadworthy done on my bike and Connor went above and beyond. Squeezed me right as they were closing, and was very patient and didn’t rush anything. Was very personable to chat with while he did the paperwork. Would recommend!
