Staff & Dr. Leanne were all pleasant , Informative & professional .No pushing of products or price gouging unlike my previous two encounters at other Vets in this area.I think I may have finally found a Vet I feel comfortable with. Thanks again Glen Allen

Could not recommend the team at Grange Vet more. Everyone we have ever dealt with has been fantastic, they really know their stuff and are super professional but still kind. Our cat had to have surgery a couple of months ago and the entire team took such great care of him.I find their pricing extremely reasonable and the cat tells me he wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic vet practice, we will go here from now on. The staff were lovely and price was a lot lower than what we were paying at our previous vet. Their advice was pragmatic and they did a wonderful job clipping our elderly cat's matted hair.

Absolutely appalled and saddened by the treatment I have had from the vet over the last week. Took my dachshund in Monday to get looked over as I suspected IVDD symptoms. My dog is extremely anxious and I’m totally aware it’s harder to examine anxious animals, but as a vet their should be different techniques to help support animals. My dog was to be muzzled which is fine, but I was struggling to do this as I’m not a professional and didn’t want to hurt her. It was evident I was upset and my dog too. A vet nurse was asked to come into support but much this vet nurses disappointment she apparently doesn’t like dachshunds very much. Let’s not put more stress and negativity energy into the treatment room! Ruby was yelping and it was clear she wasn’t enjoying this sort of treatment. Again I know my dogs behaviour paid a huge factor in this.. but what’s worse about this consult. I was told to wait a week and see how she goes. I wasn’t happy with this response and still very worried about her, so I asked the vet for a referral to an animal specialist. Leanne personally called me telling me I would be wasting my money and they would make me get CT scans and she feels my dog didn’t need that and her behaviour would stop them getting a diagnosis.Well.. my dog was diagnosed with Stage 2 IVDD and was put on strict crate rest and was given tablets she needed. Saturday night my dog was admitted again and had spinal surgery as her health declined. So glad I stood my ground with Leanne, and got my referral. As a vet who has dachshunds of her own I feel this could of been handled a lot different and wasn’t. Will never bring my girl back here again and hope this never happens to another pet owner.

Had a fantastic experience with Grange Vet Surgery. The nurses who assisted me and Cheryl the Cat at drop off and pickup were friendly and knowledgeable, the prices are extremely competitive in the area, and I could tell from the moment Dr Paul MacGinley placed his hands on Cheryl the Cat we had found our vet. Thanks so much to the whole team.

Just took my dog there today because she ate a corn cob... they were amazing with my dog, with me and my partner. Absolutely loved the place, staffs are great and doctor Paul was outstanding. The service and the caring is so good that I changed my vet for the Grange Vet from now on.I would like to say thanks for the patience, caring and the amazing professional you all are. A truly great practice. All the staff are very friendly and cared a great deal for my four-legged family member. Our dog was vomiting frequently and couldn't keep her food down. The practice was able to squeeze us in for urgent consultations, showed our dog great care and put this first time dog owner's mind at ease. On top of all that, the pricing of the practice is very reasonable - great value for money. I would happily recommend this practice to anyone looking for their regular vet.

We have been going to the Grange Vet Surgery for a number of years! They have looked after my elderly family dog, put down one of our chickens and now are the Vets for our new dachshund Penny. The team is always lovely and go above and beyond. From the moment you step in the door you know your pooch will be well looked after. Highly recommend !

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a genuine caring vet practice to consider this one. The staff were just amazing today with one of my clients dogs. At no stage did they rush the process of treating him and went to great lengths to to ensure they delivered first class service for not only the dog but the people involved as well.
