Haven't taken my pets to the new clinic as yet which is a good thing however went in to buy flea tablets and the help was excellent, they took the time to explain everything and was very interested in knowing a bit about our dog. Seems like a very positive move from the old premises to the new digs..

Compassion and support is second to none. I recently had to have my 14 year old billy red put to sleep the care and understanding is an understatement I was given as much time as needed to sit with my boy and say my goodbyes as he drifted off for a well deserved sleep even though it was late afternoon new years eve but still there was no rush which I thank you all so much . Also I have a new puppy which was greeted with so much love when she visited .To the team keep doing what your doingThanks again

I've been bringing my fur babies here for a couple of years now.Sadly my boys got into a fight and one needed surgery.The work they done for him was exceptional. When I took him back for a follow up. She was beautiful and happy that he recovered the way he did. They are so sincere and compassionate for the animals.It's nice to know that your vet genuinely care for the well-being of the animal. They explain everything thoroughly.I don't think words can describe how happy I am with this practice and would definitely recommend them.

Caring staff and vet who took her time explaining everything in details. We did not feel rushed and appreciated our dog wasn’t taken away at the back (away from us) for checkup and vaccination (like they do in some places).

Thank you to Nicole & the entire team for the care and treatment our doggy Mocha received this week. After unexpectedly becoming unwell & requiring emergency surgery they kept us informed throughout the procedure and as she recovered. We are blessed to have our furbaby home recovering and improving every day thanks to their amazing care.
