They keep taking my demerit points away for no reason, i tell them to fix it, they say they will fix it but never do and the act like im the stupid one.

They are always running late. Even if you have an appointment at 9am (when they open) you still won't be seen to for at LEAST 30 minutes after your booked appointment time.The staff are incompetent and don't care whether you find a job or not. The manager got angry with me when I asked for a form to transfer to another provider.
