ballon’s we’re ready an hour after i had them scheduled for finish. all balloons were uneven lengths, some weren’t even connected and tied on. wont be coming here again! $80 for what?

I visited the store with my 14 year old nieces, who are visiting from the UK, yesterday and we were stopped by their security and the girls were asked to leave their backpacks outside. There are no lockers to secure bags and the girls could not take the chance of leaving their bags outside as they had expensive items in them. So I had to leave one of the girls outside to guard the bags while I went in with the other. I was not happy to leave this 14 year old girl on her own outside. I spoke to the manager on our exit to let her know that this was not ideal. She kept repeating that this was their policy, that backpacks were not allowed into their store or they would need to check bags on our way out. I said I had no problem with our bags being checked but we were not given that option. There was no apology from the manager. Very disappointed with our shopping experience! And not a very good impression of Australia as the girls were very upset with this treatment.

Best place to buy balloon arrangements in the Macarthur area! The gorgeous lady at the counter helped us with the selections very patiently. The balloons are upright so many days later even after we had to carry them to far away place and back. Definitely recommend their services and would be back for all our occasions!!

This shop has a little bit of everything, and in most cases, they will have anything that you won't be able to get anywhere else.This shop is wonderful since it never fails to stock the items I require. They offer very reasonable pricing for the various trinkets and ornaments that they sell, and their decorations are refreshed for each new season. Amazing selection of party items, which are neatly arranged in aisles.Amazing store!!
